- Demonstration of a beautiful Pierre Buffardin baroque flute by Giovanni Tardino
This is an excellent baroque flute which plays at A=415 and A=392 made of boxwood with faux-ivory rings and a silver key. The Buffardin flute is my overall favorite baroque flute model and this is a very fine example.
0:01 Introduction
5:17 Polonaise from BWV 1067. JS Bach
7:30 Andante from Sonata IV, maybe by Buffardin - A=415
9:30 Allegro from Sonata IV, maybe by Buffardin - A=415
12:14 Andante from Sonata IV, maybe by Buffardin - A=392

Wondeful! I think I enjoyed the Buffardin Andante equally at both pitches. You always find such interesting music for your demonstrations.
Thanks David - I do try to coordinate the music and the flute when I can. This one was a pleasure.
Very nice!
Lovely piece!
Thanks!
