It's always really interesting when blacks are shown in a positive light, so many folks don't want race to be mentioned, but when blacks are shown in a negative light, it's the very first thing they indicate.

What does her skin pigmentation have to do with changing tires? Does it make it harder or easier, I'm so confused. The gender part I get because of the biological challenges she would have to face to compete at that level amongst men but people have to stop giving jobs to people just because of skin pigmentation or else black people in the United States will always be questioned on their merit in their respected profession.
