For 3 Nxt 3 days u may or may not need Little bit changes in ur workout plan.......infact if u will not change it will also help u in same matter .....so dnt think so much ....just follow the same workout plan. ...with correct form All d best

Actually I never miss my workout but due to foot pain i am not able to do my workout properly sometime have to skip workout.. Had shown to many doctors (orthopedic, Ayurvedic doctor) but no results till now this pain is since lockdown with medicines pain reduce temporarily.. my vitamin d3 & Vitamin b12 is low by taking those medicine pain had got cured but after completing those medicine course again & again that pain is coming.. Now from 3 to 4 day again start exercise but when I do exercise like running/jumping/skipping my foot Starts pain..
