Reckless Disregard: How DHS’ Failure to Collect DNA at the Border Endangers Americans

Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) will host a roundtable to examine DHS’s neglect to take or submit illegal immigrants’ DNA samples to FBI databases - a violation of the DNA Fingerprint Act of 2005 - and its retaliation against whistleblowers who lawfully disclosed the issue to Congress.
