I think Snake could succeed in every way on the challenge - passing the wall jump segment with c4 resets on up specials, his crawl is probably low enough to go under the super low tunnel, he could hit either of the range levers with c4 and a down-tilt respectively, (other moves might also work) and nikita will definitely serve for the projectile segment. I wonder if there's a challenge that only Snake can't do.
The best way would be to use a rising lava platform that hits the slow recoveries. Most recoveries are fast enough to avoid it, but with no jump, snake’s cipher takes longer to get higher

It would be very hard because she has a projectile, can hit through walls with her side B, has a wall jump, and also has a telaport move as her up b and great horizontal range with her bouncing fish, and can crowd walk and have a very low dash. Now that I'm thinking about it, I don't this it's possible, or you can prove me wrong 🤷♂️.

There is a way to bear this stage with Wario. He cannot do it himself with moves, but he is able to use the impact of the hits caused by the magma to launch himself in high speed through the wall juml portal to get to the top :)
I think there are multiple characters who could do this challenge in every way, these being: lucario (force palm for range through wall, aura sphere projectile, wall jump, low crawl.) link(s) (sword swing through wall, arrow or boomerang projectile, wall jump, low crawl) snake (another commenter explained much better than I can, shoutout to zweihanderpancakes for that one) mario pikachu greninja
On the contrary I think it would be too easy / boring. Simply a long straight lava tunnel is all that's needed. Make it long enough and no character can fly / chain moves all the way to the end but Wario just merrily drives along in his bike

Duh yeah he can make one. Tight lava tunnels, and an upward area with lava
