- The Toons sure have done it now. Regulator's witnessed rule break after rule break and now he's gone off the deep end. Having finally cracked, Regulator no longer follows any of the rules or laws he used to worship. He now turns the battle into an unregulated chaotic mess that the Toons must navigate through. The storm has arrived, and its name is Regulator.

SANITY!" *Great towers of papers in alls corners of the courtroom fall, clashing to the ground, flattening whatever Big Wigs were standing aisde, causing a great shower of papers with laws, invoices, and Parking Tickets to fall from the sky like a rainstorm. The Regulartor's eyes almost like that of spirals.* "Break my rules, eh!? YOU THINK THIS IS FUNNY! Heheh! A JOKE!? HAhahahaHAAAH! Oh no, I already told you.... in this court.... we... will... haVE... ORDEEEER!!!!!! Yah-heh-heh-heh-heh-ha-HAAAAAAAAH!" *Phase 2 starts*
Him and the Flimflammer sound like Waluigi and Plankton.
Goodness this guy just RADIATES having a bunch of funky cheats. I imgaine him swapping not only the gag order but who has what gags (ie. Toon A now has toon B's drop track) and maybe even laff too!

I can see this phase randomizing gag order like Pacesetter, as well as shuffling the gag levels.

Nope nothing bad happening! I am working on music outside of UA-cam. Plus I figured I would just upload here when a piece is properly finished rather than uploading by schedule. I post my other music on my SoundCloud which I linked to the comments so you can always go check those out!

Ok i got quite the intersting ideas for how his battle would be like so first phase he will put all these restrictions on you every turn from for example you cant kill any cog this round and many others and 1 other trick he has is he cannot take any damage the status effect called focused mind reads 'the regulator is too focused on regulating his rules too care about your siliniss' so what now what do you do well if you read the rules he gives too you it will be a status on your bar follow this rule (input previous example) if not you wil recieve 20 damage and 1 of your gag tracks will get banned simple but after a while some extra texts will start too appear like man im tired of these rules and other examples until this appears 'sigh..... do we have to folow these rules what if we dont' and this should be when the player should also question that and this is a clear giveaway to not follow these rules the first time you do not follow the rules what was previously stated will happen along with him saying 'I told you FOLLOW THE RULES!' second time he says 'why aren't you following my rules...' third tim he says 'I... don't understand why are you....' fourth time ' please.... just....... why WHY!?' fifth time he snaps and he will say what TheElvisJamboree wrote except the part where the big wigs get crusehed this fight will still have cogs in the second phase (btw Elvis if your reading this that was masterfully written good job)
and then the second phase begins.
He will now instead of given you rules he will now completly break the rules of the game wdim by that well he will randomize the order the toons and cogs go in and i dont mean just cogs go first toons last i mean a cog can go then a toon goes 2 vogs go then another toon goes then the last cogs go and then the final toons the order they will be in is random and you can see your order via a status effect he will also randomize gag order, gag acc (100% acc for drop possible we must let stucktheduck know about this) alongside he will sometimes just completly nullify some effects like squirt no longer giving the soaked status effect and other gags also losing their effects, thats it even i feel like even tho he doesnt have many cheats the constant randomization of everything will sure bring a challenge to the toons to overcome this foe alongside the unique first phase i think this boss would be an enjoyable one but still stressful for those adrenaline junkies out there myself included. I hope everyone likes my ideas and thank you so much for reading through this almost dictionary lenght comment.
Id like too add some extra things in phase 2 now the damage certain gags deal can also fluxuate between 50% less and more including cog attacks can also fluxuate and also hp of the toons and the cogs except regulator will also fluxuate (all bettween 50% less and more) and also i also know what i wanna call the cheat where he randomizes everything 'orderly choas' "the regulator randomizes EVERYTHING"
