She should ask for her money back, she can't even talk properly
NOT a kettle her explanation was reasonable i.e. her size, her money which she earned, nobody forced her and I expect she went private - but leg extensions courtesy of a rich partner and people going abroad for defective surgery and coming back for corrections on the NHS aren't reasonable!
She should just buy a pair of 5 inch stilettos and be done with it. Slip on, slip off whenever she feels vertically challenged 👠
