Hi ovela, JULIE ANNE SAN JOSE is not that type of singer who can belt highest notes but damn, she sings like an angel especially her low tone and rich mixed voice. If you can only hear all of her original songs that some of it are in Tagalog, you might understand why she's not belting and belting all the time coz she's a pop & r&b singer that had imbibed the gospel of modernism from Kandinsky. She's a multi-talented artist as well as she performs various types of different genres. When she was young during SOP (a defunct variety show before AOS) she used to be a belter but as she matures, her voice is changing beautifully and becomes thicker than before.
