- 2020 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody does a 0-60 in 2.55 seconds! This car is bonkers, it is insane, it is the hulk and a true cat from hell. It features a 797 horsepower V8 that is coupled to a 2.7 litre SUPERCHARGER. The same supercharger that is found on the rare production Dodge Demon. Forget spending hundreds of thousands to have a car perform like a supercar, this american muscle can outperform most supers and even hypercars when it comes to straight line speed. @@devinb3397 yes especially when you factor what a true 0 to 60 time is! For example when the demon first came out and they were able to get that 9.65 quarter mile at the drag strip on race gas with 840 HP tune on a highly prep surface with demon drag radials it's 0 to 60 time during that run was 2.3🤔

@@hellcatredeye-g6582 sr should be on 345s not 305 even though I believe 325 tires hit the wheel welds .should of made the car set up for 345s semi drags to really understand what 800 hp feels like. I have yet to hit lower than 10.9 in the car quarter mile wise. Just spins

First thing I though of.
Use a V-Box or a Dragy, then I will believe it: excellent point.
Using the Speedo at the wheels not only has the issue with having to stay in constant contact with the ground but also calibration of the Wheel actual diameter. Even at 5% difference of wheel diameter, the speedo at 3.0 sec [0-60] has an error of .15 sec
and what was with that 2-3 shift? it just stayed pegged @ 6500 rpm for over half a second
I agree with everything that the giant guy said, believe me. The only exception is about the infotainment, it's not mediocre it's very good still today. It's my favorite car ever, from my favorite brand ever. If I was American I would collect dodges. Jay Leno of Dodge.

Good to see someone who gets this car. Too many other reviewers worry about Nuburgring times or how the plastics on the lower door cards aren't as nice as Porsche's. None of that matters for the buyers of this car. This car is just about fun, that's all. It's about putting a smile on your face whenever you drive it.

This car is my favorite car.....I say that to say this.....you right, 3.4 with the 309 gearing in the diff.
It's better at 3.4 to much acceleration is just to hectic it will be powerful enough all ready to make a mistake and smash the car in front of you 2.5 your just dead lol
My regular hellcat couldn't get anywhere near 3.6 more like 4.4... on the pirelli tires. So I can only imagine maybe a 4.3 from the redeye with the stock tire setup

Hey when you do fly bys, the cameraman should give yourself a little more distance so you can really get in some quick fly by action! I wanna see that car do a crazy fly by. The sound is one of the best sounding engines that be ever heard. And I’m a mustang freak. But the note on that engine is so powerful!

Seen one of these at a dealer the other day. Once I am finished paying off dads truck, I was thinking about getting one of these.
I slowed it down to .25 speed and it’s actually 2.302 60 mph instead of 2.5. Not much of a big difference but I just think this thing is insane

I know a hellcat is supposed to hit 60 in 3.4 seconds but if you looks closely in slow motion you can actually see that he reached 60mph in exactly 2.5 seconds even with wheelspin
