Japan Pt 6 - Hiroshima & Miyajima Island

We start our day off at the A-Bomb Dome and the Peace Memorial Park & Museum. That afternoon we spend on Miyajima Island visiting the Daishoin Temple. That evening we have an interesting okonomiyaki meal. The next day we visit the Hiroshima Castle and Shukkeien Garden before heading to the smaller city of Kurashiki.

The culture and the people were the best part. Everyone was kind and respectful. It was very refreshing to be in a society that you actually felt safe and that if you had a problem someone out of the blue would be there to help.
