This video showcases all powers and abilities in Infamous: Second Son. It includes all 4 powers - smoke, neon, video, and concrete - for good karma, evil karma, and neutral karma (meaning available for both karma routes).
I tried to show each power/ability a few times and sometimes in different situations to show you what you can do with them. Of course I am sure there are many other ways you can experiment with!
Maybe it will give you a good idea of what the game is about to decide if you want to get it. Or maybe it can help you decide which karma route to play first when you get the game. Either way, hope it helps and hope you enjoy!

This guy meant that when you compare the evil exclusive powers to the good exclusive powers it's clear that Delsin is holding back a lot of firepower when being good

Honestly o feel like the only usefull powers are neon and video. Theyre very mobile.
I agree it feels like the combat and world design were build around being super mobile and the smoke and cement don’t do it the way the other two do, this is especiallly noticeable playing on expert for the plat right now.
I feel like if there was only smoke, but 200% more in depth AND more themed around throught the whole game, it would be more impactful imo
I can't decide which one I like better, neon or video, though I will say smoke's orbital drop is the best move.

do you get to choose you powers or do they all happen the same
No all the powers are preset but you can have all the powers. It's kinda hard to explain, you need to play it yourself
Oh and if you are gonna play it fair warning and kinda spoiler. Don't be too hype for the concrete power.
You gain them one by one and can choose which ability you wanna use
Sorry is for just a ps or xbox
Smoke is so useless compared to the other powers, I usually use neon, video has no good attacks besides melee, and concrete is just boring
i personally think smoke is the most fun just because its like a breath of fresh air
