I guess because Wandering Medic heal is pretty mediocre. You could see Croissant almost dead after being hit with Longdinium cannon, and the enemies arts damage pressure might kill her without good amount of heal. Also Highmore is needed because the elenental damage recovery she had, La Pluna would fold after the Necrosis damage is triggered
Only Humus or Highmoore can solo AFK top right. Elemental Medic is not the best choice cause they will not focus on Meteorite, Meteorite gets sniped by the invisible drones if I use Wandering Medic.

You couldn't use a defender to bait the artillery strike and wipe them out?

That's the 1st thing I tried, putting the defender in the middle to maximize cannon damage doesn't work for 5 star AFK.
