@@gabexd39 I feel like SS4's story, which I actually think is surprisingly decent for a SS game, is Croteam showing you that Serious Sam is a game which you don't play for the story. And honestly, in many ways, 4's story elevates BFE's story

Zad wronk. We wonk doppelshotgun, shofields, sniper rifle, serious bomb wothout realload. [Sarcasm] So I would like to explain why it's not as bad, as you think. Reloading is a important part of balancing the game. Single shotgun became more powerful, automatic rifle just got zoom (very useful feature to prevent monster encounter) and Devastator replaced Mine Thrower, which could spam explosives only on near distances, not far ones. The ammo limit has changed also due to broken balance in BFE open areas. I mean we have got rid of damn TFE arena leveldesign, it made one thousand bullets for minigun very imbalanced feature on spaces, where you can always run away. I hope you understood my idea.
@@charlieking7600 Trying to reload when you have a dozen Kleer Skeletons and Kamikazes running at you, two hit scanning Arachnoids from across the map sniping you, two Wear Bulls charging you, followed by a bunch of annoying Marsh Hoppers swarming you is something reloading doesn't balance. There ain't no time to worry about reloading when there are a thousand monsters coming after you.

Проще говоря, никто не выдерживал такого обстрела. А так - веселье на 500 патронов, затем скачи как резвый с другими пушками, будь то ракетница, Опустошитель, автомат, корабельная пушка. Ну ещё можно C4 раскидывать, когда ситуация совсем плоха. Вот в четвёртой части, где нам обещают тысячи врагов, такое действительно может оказаться недопустимым. А может и не оказаться.
Ss3 is honestly just a great game, like i at first thought witches and helicopters really disrupted the games pacing. But there are legitimate strategies to take them down. Its like honestly just as good as any of the other games.

I think that the story makes more sense in SS3 than in SS4, also it feels way better than in SS4.
