Leaving a skills legacy at HMP Elmley

It's estimated that only 17% of ex-offenders quickly get work on release, with re-offending more likely for those who are unemployed.
As part of our social value outreach, we are working closely with HMP Elmley and the National Careers Service on the rehabilitation of ex-offenders through skills training for the construction industry.
