Hey people! Thank you so much for watching this trader joes grocery haul! I am absolutely loving all of the new things I am finding at Trader Joes recently! Everytime I go there I find new things that interest me and then I fall in love with them... most of the time!! haha! I hope you enjoy this haul and it give you some kind of inspiration for when you go grocery shopping next!!

This is what I do for my Greek salads:
Bag of lettuce (preferably spinach but it doesn’t matter)
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Red onion
Lebanese Cucumber (continental is fine)
Greek Fetta
Black Olives
And for dressing just balsamic vinegar mixed with olive oil
Super simple but really good. I’m 13 years old from Australia and love your videos.

Donna yes!! I remember when you asked I wondered the same thing- because eggplant can be tricky t cook!!
If you like the orange sushi dressing they serve at japanese restaurants then you have to try the orange miso salad dressing!! O-M-G it's the best!! I am addicted to it. I just pour it over some mixed greens with some cuke's and tomato's and oh man.. best lunch ever. It's right next to all of the salad mixes in the refrigerated section.
OMGosh, so much yes-- I was so excited to try the eggplant cutlets a few months back, and underwhelmed does not begin to cover how I felt about them. (And) The Siracha BBQ sauce is so delicious!
I love yellow bell peppers, too! I find the red to be very friuty and floral.
I finally tried those sea salt brownies you always show in tjs hauls.. OMG! So good :) 😍😍😍

I loved when you said "taking the 2 min to make your own salad dressing" sooo true LOL anyway, I was amazed at everything that you bought at TJ for around $160! That's awesome. The sweet Onion Bacon dressing is my fave. Love it. The only one I use. I know it isn’t at Trader Joe’s but Kodiack pancake mix is so good.

Oh my lord, I wish we had Trader Joe's in Germany. Our Aldi does carry some TJ items but you got such great stuff in the U.S. 😮 If I ever come to the U.S. my sightseeing will definitely include Trader Joe's 😂 Love, Salo

I wish we had a trader Joe's just for the non dairy ice cream sandwiches. My husband is dairy free and we have like no options for him are where we live and the kids and I still like to enjoy our ice cream but then I feel guilty. lol! Love the sign language. Both my kiddos did it before they could completely talk and it was a life saver. SO worth the time spent teaching them!
Harnish1102 when we were dairy free years ago there weren’t any real alternatives now I feel like our stores are riddled with dairy free options, thankfully- my hubby loves ice cream! He’s the one allergic to casein 🤷🏻♀️ hope your town gets some good stuff soon!!

TJ's pepper jelly is AMAZING! Love it as an appetizer! We love the soy sesame and the fat free balsamic dressings. YUM! Have you tried the Icelandic yogurt yet??? Oh my.....soooooo good. :o)
I got the caramel cookies and the cheddar popcorn they are awesome. Today I got the pita bite crackers and their guacamole yummy
I think every new haul video you should do a quick review of the products from last video (maybe have a picture of the product on the screen with a star rating and make a quick comment on each)

My kids don't like the orange chicken glaze , but they like the actual chicken, so I just keep the sauce separate. I love the everything but the bagel seasoning, but watch out!- it gives you horrible breath!

The BBQ chicken teriyaki is SOOOO good. I’m not sure how anyone wouldn’t like it! It reminds me of bourbon chicken from the Chinese places in the mall lol

I bet it’ll be good on Brie too!!! The pepper jelly. I don’t think I’ve seen those tortillas at my TJs! I want to try but our grocery store has the best housemade tortillas!!
P.S. I tried the TJs stoop waffles. However it’s spelled. And I was just ok with it. They were kinda mushy. Are the Costco ones crispy?
The Costco ones are the size my my head so by default they are a bit harder!! Lol Alex devours the stroops

I’ve never Been to Trader Joe’s! It’s too far from me. But I love my HEB. Not sure if it’s a Texas store. But it’s my fave.
A-Tenn we don’t have HEB here - that I know of- but I’m sure they’ll be popping up before we know it!! We have so many grocery stores around us it’s a little ridiculous!!

Just an fyi soy isn't good for anyone especially growing kids. Pls research it. Non gmo is better than regular soy but still scary. U may already know but if you don't i thought i would let u know. I was on soy formula back in the day before they started messing with food so when all these studies about it messing with hormones and causing infertility came out i did my research. I actually do know that- not good especially for men or growing girls - can bring on earlier puberty and man boobs 🤦🏻♀️ lol I typically try to stay away from it and would have kuchbrathered bought an almond milk ice cream but it wasn’t available. I know dairy isn’t good for us either... and meat... I just wish my kids would get on board with being vegan/ plant based... we will get here eventually- baby steps! 🎉
THE WADS your welcome. I try but i don't want to come off as rude or pushy I just know from learning all about it how bad it is. Well vegan is rough too lol. Its all a mess. Next week water will be the new pop and it will be awful for us haha. Kids are picky enough as it is. I think your doing an awesome job. I get good healthy ideas from your vids. Have a great weekend. I have what might be a dumb question! Are you vegetarian or vegan? I only ask because I see that you buy a few vegan foods and you also buy non vegan items.
Kati Martinez The easiest way I can explain it is I try to eat as many plants as possible. I strive toward a whole foods plant-based diet; however, the unhealthy (read delicious) things slip in lol my kids and hubby are further away from this goal but for the most part I’m pretty good about it. I am a hopeful vegan - though there are plenty of vegan foods that are unhealthy- short story long-. I just want to be healthy lol!! And for me that means eating a lot of plants - I can’t wrap my head around the keto diet 🤷🏻♀️
Kati Martinez oh and I should add... I’m addicted to sugar ... and cakes.. and brownies... basically all the delicious stuff 🤦🏻♀️I try to limit myself but that term is subjective 😂😂
THE WADS I can understand that. I was trying to be keto but I just can't get it for the life of me so I've decided to start fasting and eating healthier foods. No more junk food just so that I can be more healthy for my 3 kids and myself

Kati Martinez amen to that! Less animal products - we’ve been programmed and told our whole lives that they’re healthy but every time I read a new study about how it affects our bodies I learn differently. Eat more plants and move more. That’s all it takes 💪🏻❤️🎉
