Yeah, you definitely need that big space. If you look at how you've grown and project where you are going to be in a year's time, I'm sure even your dad will agree that you need a big space.
The last space looks really nice. I was in Seattle near Pike Place Market and a company called Chef Steps has a place in that market that looks like the third space. Think of all the great lighting you'll get and the cool videos you'll be able to make. Also, more light means more energy and life in your space.

Space #2. Your business is continually growing and you don’t have to worry about moving for a while. And the window and door to the outside will be great for employees coming and going and working.

I’m so excited for you🙌🏻❣️ Space the entire building was amazing🙌🏻‼️I would definitely go with a bigger one because it is a long-term lease plus you have your own entrance plus the window for your sanity plus space to move around with room to grow and you have the kitchenette since the cafeteria is closed

I LOVE that you've taken us all along on this journey to see the 'before' part of your growth and expansion! Usually videos only show the "Oh look we've moved" after the fact, they don't show the process and work involved in hunting for space and all the considerations that need to be taken into account!! With the big space you can also get larger amounts of bulk fabric, so you can save money there as well. (Lol and then later you mentioned it in the video hehehe great minds think alike) The added benefit of a gym and cafateria, how much would that cost for your current employees. That is something you can include as part of your benefit package

Sweetie I would definitely get tiling or better still, Laminate Flooring. It's super easy to keep clean, and sweep up fabric cuttings .... No time consuming vacuuming necessary! Plus it gives a more inviting, modern feel to the entire space. Carpet encourages Mold! Gotta be careful when it comes to fabric and mold. Keep storage areas well ventilated to protect your stock and get good insurance too. Bless you and well done❤️👍🏾 LONDON UK
