The MV was shot in Canada. Also, it's good that you caught that there were two different scenes in the alley, the realistic dirty back alley vs. the colorful clean one. The song is a commentary on the social media madness (mostly Instagram), that people tend to show a different persona on cam than what is true just to get those "Likes". TWICE does tackle serious issues with sweet bubbly songs.
