Thinking of building one with the Aorus Elite V2. I have the rest of the components. And selling my RX 580 to upgrade in the future to something better.
Did you install latest drivers for that processor from amd support site? I have ryzen 7 5700g too, but aorus elite v2 motherboard, and I don't know what is the problem, but I can't find proper drivers. Each time when drivers have been installed, I get black screen. When I restart windows(10), I can see loading screen, and then on user login screen, the screen is still black. I wrote about that to AMD, but I don't get response yet.
Ok, I found the problem. Take attention, to install windows on GPT partition style instead of MBR, or if anybody have installed windows already, you can convert MBR to GPT (www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/cpu-uefi-mode).
Since GPUs are still expensive I want to relocate the 1650 from my son’s Roblox streaming build, and replace the CPU with the 5700g. How does it perform in OBS for live streaming gameplay?
If you're recording and streaming. just make sure you have enough cooling (extra fans or upgraded cooler for the cpu). I would recommend a GPU if you're going to be doing this regularly. It does affect the FPS when recording with the 5700g.
Hmmm. How to? You missed some important steps. Isn't there a plastic film on the thermal paste? I hope you removed it. Couldn't get the camera angle? Sounds lazy.
Adding a gpu will definitely make a bigger improvement and running 32gb of RAM depending what programs you're using. BUT, it has no problem with basic video editing in Davinci Resolve and using Photoshop. So it would depend on your needs. Maybe I can make a video on how it performs with these tasks.
Yeah adding a GPU will be better for rendering. Something at least 4GB and up would make an improvement. Something like a 2GB or less wouldn't make much difference if at all.
"budget" is hard to find these days. in a normal world I wouldn't go less than a GTX 1650. If I had to buy a budget one now, something like an AMD 6600 or an NVIDIA 2060 to start.
I didn't need to update the bios to get windows installed and everything working, no issues there. The Bios did need to be updated to the latest version though before I could use the XMP profiles for the RAM.
@@kfzr2 Thank you bro , appreciate it. imma actually getting one of this mobo to pair with a R5 5600x, was stressing out for the bios update as in my country we have frequent load shedding

I have it and it’s amazing

You put ram to a1 and b1 slots, they should be in a2 and b2
Correct
Would this set-up be good to run graphic design software??

@Kfzr2 yes! Please 🙂
Bro can i use Ryzen 7 5700G k with budge Graphic card for faster rendering than normal 5700G ???

@@kfzr2 bro Ryzen 9 3900xt or 3900x is better for editing?? with RTX 2060 6gb
If your looking to stay in that same price range. I'd go with Ryzen 9 5900x. Better cache setup and would be a bit faster.
Is this motherboard compatible with the ryzen 5 5600G?
Yeah it's compatible with the 5600g. Just not the 3200g or 3400g or prior.
