Great sir, നിങ്ങളെകുറിച്ചുഉം നിങ്ങളെ സിനിമയെ കുറിച്ചു ചിന്തിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ nostalgia ആണ്‌ sir. ഒരു കാലഘട്ടത്തിലെ മികച്ച നടൻ, സംവിധായകൻ, കഥാകൃത് ആണ്‌ sir യുവാക്കളുടെ മനസ്സിൽ ഇപ്പോഴും.
Many mothers would've said the same to their kids. But it is the way this man narrated the incident that moved us! Something that is possible only by good storytellers!
The last few minutes will always remain close to my heart about Menon sir and those will be the bestest thing I have ever heard. Thanks THP for bringing this gem, got to hear him after ages. .
The most appealing aspect of Happiness Project is more of Dhanya's willingness to hear than to probe ! Not many anchors have this discernible balance. Everyone makes it their prerogative to be investigative n Sherlock-like than to be learning n understanding of the Guest who sits across. Dhanya salutte !! Mr Menon-The master narrator, narrator par excellence of Malayalam film industry. HIs unique ability to captivate his audience through his exemplary narration skills is unmatched, and is witnessed through many of his films and in this interview, when he talks about his mother. The eloquence with which he talks about his mother with such untainted affection and devotion, is indeed a reflection of Mr Menon's personality. Undoubtedly, no story can be narrated with such alacrity, without having a personal experience and more importantly the ability to view, ponder and portray, the landscape of that experience.
We are blessed to have such a fine multifaceted artist amongst us, who has enriched and enlivened our lives, through his movies. Best wishes.

The very first time I really loved this talk show with Balachandra Menon. The way he treated his mother, words are inadequate... Bottom of ma heart I really respect him from the moment I see this show. He had such a great personality moreover.
The last line of Menon Sir blowed me away.... a very philosophical one but so very true. What more does one want than such an appreciation from ones own Mother. Dhanya I truly echo your emotions. Had me teary eyed. Great going Dhanya. Loved the respect you showered on Menon Sir. His works were so powerful and easily connected to the common man. I’m a huge fan of dear Balachandra Menon Sir. Beautiful session. I loved it. Just like the stories in his films, the way he narrates about his real life is spell-binding. He is absolutely right- the biggest compliment he got was from his Mother. Happy to see a blessed and fortunate artist like Balachandra Menon.

Dhanya s totally perfect. She is not trying to impress, or showing her intellectual powers. Not trying to seduce through movements or soundmodulations. Total concentration as an obedient student. This is what an anchor needs. Other anchors and anchor aspirants should learn from Dhanya.

I have watched most of the episodes of happiness project, but whenever this one came up i used to skip and watch other episodes.. may be because i was not a fan of mr. Menon,.. But, today i thought ok lets watch it, its popping up everytime.. there must be something in it".. i read the comments first and i thought this sounds good and i watched.. oh god, never thought this man is such a positive human being who could clearly define our role in this life within 23.11 mins.. excellent, mindblowing and truly inspirational talk by mr. Menon,. may u shine bright and illuminate the lives that u touch with ur positivity..
