THIS! The Airstream International Serenity! With the beautiful flowers in the glass, rounded sink and tons of windows. Seriously this is MY favorite one. I just love it. I would be SO happy in one of these.
If the Airstream owner follows your videos, or this one anyway, she might consider putting some containers in the cupboards to make them more user friendly. Bigger cabinets are great as you can put more items out of sight. However, they can be frustrating storing lots of little things in a big cupboard or drawer. Using smaller containers or square baskets allows for even more storage, less clutter in the cupboards and makes it easier to find what you need and avoid knocking several other items out of the cupboard. Just a thought. I use several small container drawers in my kitchen for dry soup packets, takeaway condiment packets, bamboo skewers and little things you often keep around and can never find when you want but scatter when you are reaching for something else.
I love the rig. I’ve always wanted an airstream- ever since I lived in a 12 footer one in the early 70s behind a restaurant in Venice California- however I wouldn’t call 2TVs (among other things) minimalist living. Just saying. That being said I have a very little bit of airstream envy!
Her batteries have a metal cover that sits close to the terminals when it's closed. She should line the inside with plastic or other non-conducting materials. Airstream video was very nice and trailer itself is very big !!! You could play ping-pong in there on rainy days!! :) Thanks Karli!! (I got my postcard :) )

Hi Karli, I just discovered your “channel” and look forward to going back and touring. Can you tell me, please: what toilet is in that fabulous airstream and what her objection to it was? I thought it may be one that has to be “dumped”, which, as I understand it, is just not something people want to deal with. I understand that! Lots of skoolies and tinys use nature’s head composting and really rate it highly. In NO way at all am I criticizing!!😊 That she is happy with her set up is really all that matters. I’m just gathering information... So, thanks if you(or any other commenters” can explain.. I’m going to watch it again and then look forward to binging 😳 here.
I think it is just a normal toilet that is connected to the black tank under the airstream. Dumping can be a hassle and can have long lines and cost money. Dumping every couple weeks can be bothersome if you tend to boondock for longer periods or don't travel near dump stations. Natures head toilets I hear are great too but are close to $1000 which isn't in everyone's budget. I think Erin has been using composting toilets for a while. She used to live in a truck camper with no on board toilet so she created her own composting toilet. I am happy you found my channel! Feel free to ask any questions. I try to answer as many as possible :)
Minimalist is not about money as much as it is about having too much stuff. Investing in good items once is more of the mantra of minimalism that I relate to.

Just stand back and hold the camera still. Too close up and swinging camera everywhere. Didn't get to 3 min. before I had to stop.
I honestly did not get the floor plan/ lay out of the airstream.

What year is her tundra? Does the airstream weigh 6,000 wet or dry? Great, quick tour. She's got a nice set up!

Looks pretty easy to steal those batteries.
Note to RVers... if you're going to do a video tour of your rig including opening all the cabinets, please organize the contents.
Heck no. Show us how you really live.
Yes, I wanted to see the RV, not the contents 9f cabinets. I really didn't see the layout at all. WHY?
👍✌
I would of liked to know the price.
Oh I forgot to ask! I think she got this second hand, not brand new
200 Watt solar suitcase
Pretty snazzy for a minimalist
Enjoyable video except for the high speed pans. Please slow down, it makes viewers nauseous.
