Part 1: • Charles Oakley: Cheryl...
    --------
In this clip, Tim Hardaway spoke about getting a pass from gang leaders Larry Hoover and Jeff Fort in Chicago due to them knowing his father, who was a "playground legend," according to Tim. He went on to speak about playing against NBA players like Doc Rivers and Isaiah Thomas at a young age and gaining a lot of wisdom from them.

We gotta start giving passes to the bookworm nerds trying to get schooling also. Youd be surprised how many straight a students become gang-members because they got tired of getting stole on.

Many youngsters coming out of high school will totally miss this message. They want to rush to the NBA not understanding that once you make that jump, you're considered an adult and your on your own, nobody cares about you from that point forward. Professional athletes are all about financial security for themselves, nobody will pamper you. Skipping college is a huge step.

Just look at the 2016 Draft Class, DeJounte Murray is only 1 & done guy that is still in the league. And that was just 4 years ago.

Sounds familiar to what very powerful people like to do to create income. Duality, like with war, makes profit. Having gangs the DEA made through heroine be the ones they capture and get tax money from sounds like they getting money from both sides.

How did he snitch??? How old are you? Who doesn't know about Chris Washburn's drug addiction? This is well documented. It's like saying Richard Nixon talked some shit on the Watergate tapes. U youngsters love to use the word snitching, even when it's not called for.

@@MindStrokeTV well if you are indeed a grown ass man I am even more disappointed. As I recall, snitching is defined as providing unsubstantiated information, and this does not equate to that. If someone were to say George Bush snorted coke during his college years, is that snitching, or simply an act of recapitulating substantiated facts known to folks not living under a rock?

I'm from Hickory, NC the same place as the player Chris Washburn that Hardaway mentioned "did a lot of drugs back then". Chris was the #3 pick and was addicted to crack the whole time. He did get his life together after suing NBC, i think, for making a movie of his life without his permission. He started a business at one point. Before she passed his mother still drove the same Maxima that he bought her after he got drafted.
