Amazon changed something every week it seemed like when I was working there, nothing ever was consistent, which I don't mind change, but don't tell me "starting today we're doing it this way" lol.
Hey Shaleen my friend, your not ranting, you are telling the truth. I'm so happy that I'm no longer delivering for Amazon. Please stay safe and healthy, and God bless you always.😊
I drive a CDV and had 88 stops with 659 packages. There were bulk stops (3) and the rest residential. It’s absolutely ludicrous they give us 20 min to load up, not giving us time to organize. Bulk stops being in the middle of the route. The warehouse said just put the shelves up 🤦🏼♀️ No one is ever on the same page with this job
I drive the CDV everyday & I hate country routes like CDV’s are supposed to be in cities/downtown; Amazon does not distinguish between CDV routes and Regular Van Routes tbh. In my CDV, I average 15 - 45 overflow compared to regular vans ( 25 - 55 overflow)
Where I had to deliver in a car I don't know how the heck yall do it in those vans had to do another of uturns shot ill take a country route over delivering to apartments with codes on the door.
Yeah I'm not sure why Amazon's algorithm is set up like this. 80% of my DSP step van routes are actually smaller than our standard routes lol A month into my new DSP I rescued this girl that consistently got a much bigger route than I had. And I drive step van. She was pissed about that, but I encouraged her to move up to step vans. A month later I see her name on a step van in our work roster. I congratulated her for stepping up and she had a much smaller route ever since 🤣 But yeah, sometimes Step van or CDV routes just have bigger overflow. 2 months in row now: I have the largest route every single day. I drive step van 5x a week and OCCASIONALLY once a week I'll get the RAM. And I noticed that Amazon knocks my overflow down from 40-45 to just 20-25.
I was looking at your video when you was down in the Bahamas and you was looking right sexy on the beach. So what do you have planned after you leave Amazon? Are you gonna kept doing your UA-cam channel? 🏖
Of course it doesn't make any sense, it's Amazon! They have rocks in their heads! Just keep in mind Amazon will constantly make it difficult for all DSP's because they can!
How is it possible someone can have a really bad netradyne score for speeding hard acceleration etc but their mentor score is always 850? Something definitely fishy 🤔 going on here!
I'm glad you're leaving there, plus they no longer deserve you because you have a great work ethic, which I felt the company could care less about in all honesty...business is business. When you're finally fed up with the BS it's time to leave.
We just got new ram cdvs....super nice

I totally agree
They give us 10 minutes now😒
I came here from your video from the CNBC video, question, they hit me up to do their next one they’re working on, was it beneficial for you at all?
It was beneficial to get more subscribers but ultimately after it, I had to be more careful on what I posted.
I never drove those I left my DSP February got tired of the b.s was told it’s fun and big they was use in like KOP King of Persia or big neighborhoods
Already looking happier, and sounding happier too
Thank you 😊
Same thing I be saying that’s y I want to do cdv training because they don’t get the most packages

Please let me know where I can get that shirt. Seriously, lol.

Noisy, no radio and had to figure it out on my own. The visibility sucks on them and was more than happy to return it. 0 Stars don't recommend
My owner told my soon only CDV will take ALL overflow and prime vans will take just packages. Yeah I’ll be dammed
Why do drivers say delivery attempted when they never attempted the delivery?
U still working for Amazon? I have not seen any new vids.
No I’m not but I will have more coming
Cdv only means bigger packages it dosent meant more stops. Our cdv routs go from 40 to 190. Only means bigger packages or more packages either or
Yea but that’s still not the case lol
I was looking at your video when you was down in the Bahamas and you was looking right sexy on the beach. So what do you have planned after you leave Amazon? Are you gonna kept doing your UA-cam channel? 🏖
Yes I will continue doing UA-cam. Just have to find a new niche

Driving non stop 10 hours . No fun for me. Let me known how u do dat.lol

I want you to talk about why you so dam fine lol
I was born this way lol
