literally, I had no idea where I got it from. But for years I've been drawing my liner on with pencil then covering with liquid... with that double take eyeliner from tarte, too. I finally stopped doing it like 6 months ago because the logical part of my brain was confused on why the hell I was doing it in the first place. IT WAS YOU.
The original "grunge eye" was literally people attempting to duplicate slept in eyeliner, so...you slept in your eyeliner and achieved actual grunge.

15:00 The fact that your style was more "chaotic" rather than selective was the reason I felt so connected to your videos back then. I have so many mix-matched styles and you seemed to be able to make it all work so I embraced my off-the-beaten-path style. I think I remember watching this video. I started watching back in 2010-13 ish. I for sure watched a lot of makeup tutorials and most the youtubers I watch now are ones I started watching in that time span.
I literally did that eyeliner thing the whole time I was in middle school because of that video, u taught me everything I did with makeup then LOL I would go get all the products you used in your videos because I had no idea what to pick out myself

In the past she had Guy Tang work on her hair. She used to have a lot of anxiety toward changing her hair. It would be interesting to see her collaborative with someone again. Once your hair gets that long it is really hard to style and have volume. 🤔

The whole "eyeliner pencil then liquid liner" is the only way I won't smudge the liquid on my eyelid. I just find it easier

I "draw" my eyeliner on with black shadow first. That way, when I inevitably mess up 20 times, it's a lot easier and cleaner to remove and re-do than working with a liquid formula eyeliner

I got tired of my hair getting caught in my seatbelt as I was taking it off so I chopped it off! Every time I would take off my seatbelt my hair would get caught and pull out several hairs. I thought I wanted ass-length hair as well, until I had it. I love my hair now! It's much fuller and healthier. I only cut about 4 inches off and it made a huge difference.
Fun fact: Mary Anderson invented the windshield wiper and patented her design in 1903. Unfortunately, according to author Mary Bellis at thoughtco.com, Anderson's invention wasn't in high demand during her lifetime, so she allowed her patent to expire before the need for windshield wipers skyrocketed.

FUN FACTS ABOUT VULTURES (my favourite birds): A group of vultures is called a committee, venue, or volt. In flight, a flock is called a kettle, and when they're eating a carcass together (yes, they're social raptors!) the group is called a wake!
They can eat carcasses that have rotted so much they're toxic to other animals, and they help prevent the spread of diseases that way.
They have bare heads/necks so that when they eat rotting carcasses, bacteria and parasites can't burrow into their feathers.
They pee on their feet to keep them cool in the heat, which also helps kill off bacteria they get on their feet from standing on/in dead animals!
When threatened, they puke so make themselves lighter so they can take off faster. This also deters predators.
Their biggest threat, though, is down to us. They get poisoned a lot by eating animals that were shot with lead bullets, or poisoned off. Since they feed on road kill, they also get hit by cars often. It's really sad that so many species are threatened, because they are totally badass, metal birds that help keep ecosystems healthy!
