He makes it sound like you can just bring all these powerful units for free. =)

Thats literally the hard part, trying to survive the campaign until you have the good cunstruct units.

@@jonnybravo595 If you go for campaign, You can field without worry any number of skeleton and assist them early with cheap archer & cavalery. While it is all arround weak, you don't have to worry about finances, and a few spell from the lore of Nehekhara can turn the battle, while regenerating everyone. Try as many time as needed you can recruit more any time.
Then Cavalry get replaced by chariots as time goes. Tomb guards reinforce your battle front (I agree they are not the best but they are better than skellies)
And finally you get acces to constructs in the mid & late campaign to rampage through the continent.

I really like playing Tomb Kings, especially Khalida...but fighting those damnable Lizards. It sucks. Especially when you don't have access to the Constructs yet.

So excited to play as Tomb Kangz! I've played so many campaigns as the four core races, this will be such a breath of fresh air.

Getting into the late game of the ME Settra campaign I felt like Necrotects (NTs) were a waste of a slot. Certainly in the early to mid game it was cool having a healing ability for constructs but the other buffs were relatively minor. In the late game, the constructs are so strong that the NT buffs are not worth it and I found myself swapping out the NTs for a more effective unit like Necro Knights or even another Tomb Guard with Halberds. Besides that, i could get healing from the lord's red tree radius heal plus lore of Nehekhara.
With all 3 hero types in the army, I found that I was often outnumbered in infantry against Greenskins and Skaven, so eventually I cut NTs altogether and had more joy with another unit of halberds. Princes could solo garrisons when they had regeneration from the Cult and the Priests gave better buffs than the NTs and dealt more useful damage.
In the end, the NTs were not a viable option in 1 of 19 slots, so they became purely agents for income boosting and blocking armies.
I see people say oh he gives big movement range boost of 25%. True but after the early game there is little need for movement boosts. Early game it can help save your army. But later, with no upkeep there is no money to worry about and you essentially have infinite turns to do whatever, so movement only tests your patience.

i half agree and half disagree i thought the same thing but the heal does help on very hurt units that you dont want to die. also the 25% movement range can be VERY usefull on the map even if you want to take your time (getting to the gallion graveyard with minimal attrition springs to mind)

This somehow reminds me of Uldum. An Egyptian style territory in World of Warcraft!
    Mixed warhammer feelings :P
