gee.. Whilst it's very amusing to hear W.K. speak about his music,
( He is Obviously a Verrry smart & sensitive guy) I sure do wish
more of the new tunes had been played... ie, less tawk, more rawk..
Loving this disc. How the West Was Left is such a blissful song. Its a wonderful capstone to this record. Great to hear WK talk about his ideas behind the music.
It was just a wrong prejudice from me based on some interviews I've read. He seemed to be a little bit arrogant. But was just a wrong prejudice, of course.
Wow! I thought this guy was a douche but he seems to be a really nice and smart guy. It would be cool to hang out with him.
Great news Wayne about a new release.. Will be waiting for the experiece to arrive... peace from Georgia ... John*
Thanks Wayne! Glad to hear you've been back playing at 55bar. Hope to see you guys there next year.
Loved this vid. Amazing line-up, but why doesn't Tim Lefebvre play on this album?
the interview needs to be mixed in louder. thx otherwise for the material
always love hearing the "stories behind the songs" - fascinating stuff
I was fortunate enough to get a lesson with Wayne back in 2004, and it changed my life. I have worn out several copies of 2 Drink Minimum. Long may you run, Mr. Krantz...
yeah probably tim being out west now, and busy being one of the baddest bass players on the planet probably just didnt have the block of time available that wayne did for recording.... or for other reasons perhaps who knows. tims the kind of guy that could have played on every track the way wayne wanted him to sound as well as could have sounded like tim on the track or or even tim playing to sound like how another bass player would have sounded on it! im sure im just stating the obvious!
I want to meet you Wayne!
I want to see Wayne so badly at the 55 bar but I'm only 14.
Today you have 19, enjoy this moment bro hahaha
iTunes availability also?
Yay!!!
Can't stop listening to this album!!
