I really don't understand why some complain about kick boxing. That's actually my preferred method of cardio. I keep a playlist of all of your kickboxing videos. Amongst losts of amazing good use, it practices great mobility, stability, stamina and mental focus. You give me major Chalene Johnson/ Jazzercise vibes and I love it all.

I enjoy doing kickboxing type exercises. You did one a couple of months ago and I was sore. A good sore. It uses muscles in a way that weights can not compare. It's a good mix. Love my weights, too.
