    I really don't understand why some complain about kick boxing. That's actually my preferred method of cardio. I keep a playlist of all of your kickboxing videos. Amongst losts of amazing good use, it practices great mobility, stability, stamina and mental focus. You give me major Chalene Johnson/ Jazzercise vibes and I love it all.

    This is such a good cardio workout, I even added some light and medium weights to some of the moves to amp it up for me. I love this one and I love kickboxing! I love that you add in those kicks and punches. Thanks for a great Tuesday workout!

    Great cardio workout. I love this format. The curtsy squat was tough but over fast. I nice burn before it got to be too much. Thank Amy. You make the 5am workout better!

    I enjoy doing kickboxing type exercises. You did one a couple of months ago and I was sore. A good sore. It uses muscles in a way that weights can not compare. It's a good mix. Love my weights, too.
