Liked the format of this workout, just wish it were a little longer with ore variability in the moves. But nonetheless, Amy delivered another heart pumping cardio workout! 💪🏼
I almost did this workout without taking a break .. but that lunge twist did it for me in the last 5 mins.. had to take a break after that 😂😂😂 fabulous workout 💪🙏💪 u always deliver what u promise Amy!!! ❤❤❤
Good standing workout! Due to a back surgery years ago, I can’t really do moves that involved twisting so I definitely had to modify some of the moves. But easy to do!
This was a great workout. I doubted the format of starting slow and turning it up at first but you changed that with your cardio Accelerate and this one is fantastic. I have four weeks left of a program in another platform and then I plan on doing this in its entirety. Love your energy and "you be you" messaging!
Why is this video on this channel, and without even credit given to the Walk At Home channel? I didn't even realize this was a different channel at first.
I love your workout videos! I am a physical therapist so I know that this is not easiest thing to do, but with the more complicated moves it is sometimes hard to follow them when you are saying right leg and it is not the same as what I am doing. Are you able to flip the video in editing so that it looks right or when you give us directions can you do the mirror image? (I hope that this makes sense)

Of course I appreciated Core HIIT. Constant core, constant cardio! Fabulous format. As fast as Tabata with no break between the 20 seconds. HR lowered just enough to go to the high intensity. Love all the side body.
Are there a lot of people that don't like kickboxing? Because I love when you incorporate boxing into your workouts!! It is one of my favorite ways to get cardio and power in. Loved this workout!
