I see a lot of people comparing the production to the movie, so I’ll explain something. Mamma Mia was originally a broadway musical, which was later adapted to a movie. Every play of mamma Mia you’ll see is an adaptation of the musical, not the movie. That’s why there are differences in terms of plots, character names, extra songs, etc.
Hi, if we're getting our facts right: it's a musical that started in the West End in London (where it is still running in 2019). It was later staged on Broadway (and numerous other places).

everyone needs to understand that this is a school production, not a broadway show. these kids are so talented and overall just amazing.

For a highschool production I’ve got to say that I’m impressed. The fact that this should have taken a great amount of rehearsals actually shows the effort that these people put. The boys and girls which got the “main roles” and also the extras made an stunning performance and although, they probably won’t know the existence of this comment I have the absolute will to congratulate them.
One thing that it would have made the presentation even better is the use of more expression, what I mean by this is the inclusion of more emotion and character personality. An example could be in the “Does your mother know” part; Tanya is a very sensual/flirty spirit, which makes her be part of referent puns, but I just could not see that on the actress. Also on the “Money, Money, Money” part I felt that Donna didn’t show worry or distress, just the singing there.

I'm watching this for the second time already. I just want you guys to know that you have a very talented cast. The two female leads capture the character energie from the movies so perfectly that it feels the exact same, then I remember how young they actually are and I'm blown away. Great performance! 💕👍

i’m a super fan of mamma mia! and i’m so impressed, this was beyond amazing! i think i cried after donna sang the winner takes it all and sophie fit the character perfectly. the dynamos portrayed tanya and rosie flawlessly too! i’ve never watched a school production as great as this, well done!

Amazing Show!! I was clapping and singing along with the cast. The girl who played Donna gave a thunderous performance with her amazing voice and raw emotion. The whole cast too was incredible. Will watch the excerpts to relive the moment - it was THAT good!!

This is the best version of a musical where I've seen I think it's really great, all the performers did it very well and the costumes were very well chosen.

I feel like sky is very tense when he’s acting. It was good at the low notes for lay all your love on me but he couldn’t hit the high note and he seems pretty awkward around Sophie.
I was a Stella Adler grad of 1979 In New York.....you all are absolutely amazing...I am not from CT or Westchester County....I tuned in to see it on stage as a local community theatre in Fl is doing this show...…..I don't think they have this kind of talent...….stand tall and PROUD!

Unfortunately they cannot do Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again. Groups have to pay for the license to perform a musical or play. But Mamma Mia 2 does not have a license available to purchase.

The cast seems amazing so far (I’m only at money money money) but the choreography is very weak. I’ve heard this show can be a very heavy dance show and most of the time they seem to be standing there moving their arms at most I don’t know if it’s just because of the songs so far
