    Great video! Looking forward to the comparison of Exway boards!

    I appreciate the honest review. Although a rider can go fast on this board there are other boards more suited for top end speed.

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  11 місяців тому +1

      Yep that's true. I feel my comfortable speed on this board is around 25mph.

    Hi I ordered this one just few days ago. Has it behaved well over last 12 months?

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  3 місяці тому +1

      It's lasted pretty well! I don't ride it super often, especially compared to some higher mileage riders, but it does the job still no problem!

      @@RBEMotion thanks for your answer :) I already recieved it, tested it and enjoy it, I also ordered 110R wheels from icloud, I need a softer more comfortable ride, less vibrations. I ride it only for relaxation so if range is lessened, its not a problem for me :)

    Where did you find info about the cells? I can't see that the Pro and ER use the Samsung 40T..?

      I asked my contact at Exway directly at some point, but the performance so far does support that information.

    Deck the same? I tested the Exway Flex ER (hubs) and was SUPER dissapointed about the concave of the deck.. its way way wayyy too harsh, feet hurt, its not fun in any shape or form. Otherwise decent value because of the range of about 40km on a 95kg rider. Hubs also felt laggy and slow to react, maybe belt is way better?!

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  Рік тому

      The deck is in fact, one of the best upgrades from the Flex ER. It's nice and springing, wider, and has a much better concave. The second biggest upgrade on the Pro is that the esc is much snappier, and boasts quite a lot of power for a urethane board like this. It's almost like an entirely different board haha

    • @TheTanelChannel
      @TheTanelChannel Рік тому +1

      @@RBEMotion interesting, yea ive been using the Flex for a few days now and it has gotten pretty decent for my feet now.. but it was yeah super hard the first day or two. Really wanna test the belt driven one to compare to hub.. hub is so laggy, like all those cheaper 300USD boards like Meepo etc.

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  Рік тому

      Yeah I wouldn't really want a flex ER nowadays unless the price was right. Flex pro is a ton better. Not really sure what you mean by laggy, maybe just weak?

    • @TheTanelChannel
      @TheTanelChannel Рік тому +1

      @@RBEMotion just when you slam the accelerator it takes a few milliseconds to respond, its not instant. Maybe thats a thing with all hub wheels. Specially when you are already going like 20kmh and slam the accelerator.

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  Рік тому +1

      @TheTanelChannel yeah that's just cuz they're weak and can't take very much amperage. If you had a really high torque hub motor it would be less "laggy" as you say. With belts, since there's a gear reduction, you get more torque automatically

    How come when it gets to a flexible deck its always the best one out there, someone had to be telling porkies

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  11 місяців тому +1

      Lol saying that it's the best flexible deck is of course subjective. To me, it has great spring, good width, good shock absorption, and is made of a composite layup of materials, so should be quite strong.
      I will say the Flex ER deck is NOT flexible and kind of sucks in comparison. Also in comparison, certain loaded vanguards are too flexible. I haven't stepped on any backfire, ownboard, or wowgo boards recently so I can't compare there. I do think the deck is better than the meepo voyager though and miles better than the meepo v5

      @@RBEMotion am just tired of watching video after video of people reviewing boards and not really saying anything of substance. Not saying your videos in particular but I can almost predict the discourse of the video, this is the most flexible deck ever or these trucks are the most stable, just random generic crap like that. They can't all be the best, just frustrated because there's no real realistic information out here. Even ESK8 Unity which I regard quite high just based on the amount and range of boards they own or have reviewed, when a new board comes out suddenly all the other ones cease to exist. Bought an Exway X1 Max based on the outstanding reviews on UA-cam and I tell you it's completely not what I expected. Got duped into buying garbage just because the reviewers were trying not to be horrible because they just basically got given a free board. They're all sluts and in the end we the consumers end up getting the bad part of the deal.

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  11 місяців тому +1

      @@masterleatelWell I certainly do my best to provide the most amount of information possible. However, this is not a review. This is a first ride video. My reviews are very long and detailed and would answer all of the questions I think you'd have. Now, I have not reviewed the Flex Pro, but will be working on the video very shortly as I have completed my required mileage (minimum 100) on it. What you see in MY first ride videos is literally like first impressions. Nothing more than that. And to be fair, I have not ridden many flexible decks for UA-cam reviews.
      I understand what you're saying and I'm sorry you feel that you got duped. The X1 Max is a very uncomfortable board with semi-short range, low power, and a very specific purpose. I personally would not want to ride it very much.

    What is this "x-skate" app and will it work on the X1 Max, I have had issues connecting to the board 😢

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  Рік тому

      It's actually called "ExSkate" I should have made an annotation in the video. As far as I know, the new app only works with the "new gen" boards, so, the Flex Pro, Atlas Pro, and whatever else comes out in the future. Anything with the R3 remote I believe. So no, the X1 max would only work with the old app

    Would be great to put hollow wheels on it 😊 and know the range you can get , and also the hydro wheels. This board looks very nice, but a too small battery. There should be at least double , or at least, same capacity of the Voyager.

    • @RBEMotion
      @RBEMotion  Рік тому +1

      I've stayed off the hollow wheels since mine exploded. I think the Madwheels would be good on it with a larger pulley. I agree to some extent with the battery. Seeing at least a 12s3p would be nice, but that does decrease the portability.
