RoboTopSy your Brilliant, Please make more machinedrum Tips & Tricks my Robot Friend! Looking forward to much more 0&1 genius to exude from your Machinedrum's metallic edaphus, Narrated by your V4vendeta Vocal cords!
Wow, this was absolutely stunning. I've been definitely too mellow when experimenting with my MD ! Have you tried setting the pattern speed to 2x, to get to 600bpm ? This makes me want to try that trick with my Yamaha RM1x as the sequencer, and use the MIDI Delay function to fire the RAM R&P in rapid succession.
no I have not.... but I will. I haven't thought about it. Thanx
I tried to use external midi from Ableton but the Machinedrum kept freezin.
I'm looking for a drum machine to accompany our church band. I've watched your video and see that this drum machine can perfom many functions. do you think this drum machine would be suitable for our church band? We play mostly traditional hymns and charols that are lead by an acustic guitar.
This device is amazing, but some of its sequencing features are a bit outdated. Besides that. It's really rare and expensive. But the Machinedrum could suit your needs I'm sure of this no matter what style of music you produce.
@@robotopsyrobotopsy6486 Excellent! LOL
@@MarkAtherton-bf4pq and re: the outdated sequencing capabilities, you could always sequence the Machinedrum via an external hardware sequencer.
@@robotopsyrobotopsy6486 LOL Thanks for the advice bro. I've actually owned a MD for ten years and use it for D&B. My poast was a joak. Cheers! LOL
only if it's the church of satan

Tabarnak de beau nom de kit ;P
Would adjusting the attack and decay times of the amplitude envelopes help with the clicking, or is that an artifact from the process?
No amp envelope on the MD but LFO's have one shot mode, maybe modulating volume with a fast inverse saw LFO might do the trick.
Wish they were still making these! Classic machine 😺
There's some trick that can reduce the clicking like Orkan Kaya is saying, but I wanted to keep it simple for the video
Hi, so this is only possible with the UW MDs, and not the earlier ones?
Yeah that's right only possible with the Ram REC and RAM Play MACHINES.
@@robotopsyrobotopsy6486 ok thank you :)
moving me places i didnt know before.
I have this machine and I have no idea what's happening. I think mine must be broken
I had some troubles with the machine in the past and had to send it back to Elektron so they could fix this.
@@robotopsyrobotopsy6486 I was making a joke because I had no idea they could be pushed so far and sound this glitchy!
@@kurbfeeler hooo sorry for my brain farts :D
clicky hell
Just adjust the attack on the envelope if you don't like clicks
@@aaronmoreno9216 oh I have no issue with what I do with mine. Just this video. 👎🏿
