I'm sat here at 23:50 at night. Drunk as a skunk to be quite honest. I was reading earlier and was recommended looking into Plotinus. This has to be some of the most incredible metaphysical philosophy I have come across in my life. I think this subject is close to exactly how I feel and its affirmations and context is very useful. Maybe at some point, in order to attain true heavenly ascension, we all need to pass back from our material vessels.

Our eyes do see, each eye, all forms upside down and our brain rights them. What magnification.

Great timing as I have been tracing the philosophical spiritual trail of consistency and where it was hijacked . If our focus is awakening to Truth we have to bypass religion and the tainted version of who we are. Paul was trying to explain this and there was loss in translation. Form and matter can lead us back as we put it in its proper place and look past it all to Self and Purpose. Excellent work you have done here by the Revelations of a controversial author. Now I start over but toward an achievable goal!

I think that maybe the "inverted perspective" is intentional. The projected image on the mirror is error and therefore reveals the ideal within us. Perhaps the eternal self wanted to know itself so by reversing the true image and experiencing error, it reveals its true nature. Like black ink on a white page.

Very relevant to me in 2020 watching the inverted mirror of tell-lie-vision.

These videos are amazing. Thanks for making it more simple, sifting through this stuff without overview can be confusing.

This compares nicely to what I've always 'imagined' 4D is, or rather the perspective of looking at 3D from a 4D perspective. the 3rd dimension is the projected image of the 4D eternal Form. Thanks for posting!

Incredible. He and the platonists got this idea from the As above, So below principal of ancient Egypt. The word ankh means both "eternal life" and "mirror". eternal life being the mirror inbetween mortality and immortality.

I enjoyed that, thanks. It reminds me of Neil Gaiman's The Ocean At The End Of The Lane.

So basically Plotinus argued the world is a hologram or virtual 2 thousand years before any anological technology would be invented. Not too shabby.

It depends what you mean by hologram/virtual. Wouldn't a dream be considered the same thing?

This is to the letter, what my Spirit Guide Hermes teaches me. He says "It's all smoke and mirrors, kid!" :-)

maybe that is why quantum physics says that matter looks like just waves of energy when subatomic particles were analysed though losing its 'solid'' form
