Tokiwa is a Teppan-yaki restaurant located on the 17th floor of Kyoto Hotel Okura.
Diners can enjoy the view of the western mountains during the day and the night city view, 60 meters above the ground, from the window running along the counter table.
Highly skilled chefs grill carefully selected Wagyu, or Japanese Beef, or live lobsters straight from the restaurant’s fish tank according to guest’s request and timing.

A bunch of theater and shenanigans, very little food and you are being charged for the view and the pretty plates they have. Guess if you want to impress a girl it might be worthed.
