    that man cooking , is highly skilled.. it's awesome to watch. I wanna eat there. especially some just recently swimming lobster.. that looked really good.

    While watching this video, I feel grateful to live in Turkey. We have all these vegetables plus more and we can eat more than one slice of these vegetables whenever/wherever we want to. Also luckily we have nice seafood/meat. So, we never face to need of eating bugs or slimy food. Unfortunately not every country have Turkey's opportunities like Japan in this video. Because of that, I am also feeling sad about you guys :( If one day, you can find a way to come to Turkey, be my guest. My dinner table will be always open to you. At least I can do this for your people.

    That’s actually a lot of value for 80 USD@ a nice restaurant with showmanship included, and no tipping in Japan

    Anytime they cut on the plate if you see marks that means they are introducing some steel into your meal. I don't mind it but its definitely not good for you.

    Lobster is GROSSLY overcooked and looks tough and rubbery

      It looked ok but you are right, lobster is delicate. lobster is done the moment it turns white. any longer and moisture is driven off making the meat rubbery. it might have been better to scoop the raw meats out first, steam the shells and other parts. Quickly sauté the raw meat separately then plate up as presented.
