    Puerto Rico is a true heaven on Earth; it has the most beautiful landscapes of any place in the entire world; the flowers, the lush fauna, the dear sounds of the precious little coqui and last but not all least, its wonderful, friendly people, "el pueblo puertorriqueno". Puerto Rico,! te doy un gran abrazo de mi corazon! I give you all a big affectionate hug from my sincere heart!

    People pay attention to the correction he did in the description of this video. Cerro Punta is in Jayuya, not in Toro Negro. I understand Toro Negro is the highest rain-forest in Puerto Rico, but not the highest peak. Great video though, you have my like!

    • @comardelgado
      @comardelgado 3 роки тому +1

      Yes and no. Yes the peak is in Jayuya but Cerro Punta is in the Toro Negro National Park. Just take a look at the map.

    Congrats to Dalan and Elise....Great job on the video! You did it with a lot of heart. Bring us some more on the island.
    No biggie on the mountain peak. People often get it confused. But, thanks, for acknowledging that you were mistaken.
    Good tips on the credit card. How on point you were.

    A great video that expresses the benefits of venturing out and exploring the island. I would have liked a closer zoom-in on Salto Mete Miedo. That would be such a cool spot to take a swim and explore up close.

    You're right. We made a little mistake because we got lost in Orocovis and the GPS doesn't work up there. We realized it right after we posted the video. Thanks for pointing it out!

    El Cerro Punta no esta en Orocovis, esta en Jayuya. Cerro La Punta the highest peak in Puerto Rico is not located in Orocovis, it's located in Jayuya.

      Dont talk foolishness cerro la punta is the highest peak in puerto rico . Only jamaica and hispaniola as decent mountain ranges in the entire Caribbean. Jamaicas highest peak is 7402 and hispaniola a little over 10k feet. In Dominican republic. Haiti as some decent peaks too. Puerto rico mountain ranges are pathetic in height honestly.

      That´s why is better to come with a tourguide, so you don´t say things that are not true. Also, El Yunque is ours but because of the colonial status of PR, USA wants to beleive that is theirs but is still our sacred mountain.

    Higher peaks don't mean anything. PR has higher peaks than Virgin Islands and guess who has better Sea side scenery? V.I Islands, of course! PR is simply more developed than than Jamaica and DR. One's likes is all a matter of perspective. Try ever needing medical attention when you're in a jam or worse in a legal problem when you're on a trip? Hey, anything can happen and nothing like the conveniences of home ,and in that, PR comes pretty darn close.
    Orocovis is a very beautiful place. I have family there and i have spent many of the summers of my formative years there. One of the best places in the island. The mountains are like rugs. Very decent people . Till this day.
    In PR Everything is accessible by highway...Unfortunately, With that comes the price of big city problems. Who said everything was perfect?

    Puerto rico is apart of the u.s if it's so beautiful and wonderful there . Why are so many Puerto Rican moving to the lower 48. If it wasn't for the u.s trust me Puerto rico would be in the dumps . All the developments in Puerto rico are because the u s assists with development. Dont let me get started. Puerto rico is a property of the u.s what is there to be proud of being owned by another country . I would be ashamed to call myself puerto Rican when it's not even it's own country . Theres nowhere called puerto rico . Its apart of the u.s

    At 3:58, buddy, that's not our flag. in the blue triangle of PR flag must be present the same shade of blue of our USa flag. That is a sample in the video of the leftist Puerto Rico flag and in the great majority of puertoricans love the United States of America citisenship. which side are you? with or against americans.

      +pete clarke blind patriotism would make people swear they have the best of everything. Many of the people told me they had the best beaches in the world, I looked at them and told them, obviously you have not seen the rest of the world.

    • @sirluisray1974
      @sirluisray1974 7 років тому +1

      not blind patriotism. If you look at any list of most beautiful beaches in the word PR has 2 in the list. in the top 10 list. There are a lot of beautiful beaches every where. Stuff like that is subjective anyway.

    • @natevazquez9739

      pete clarke You are correct, matter of preference. There are three bioluminescent bays in the world, three are in PR. The Fajardo bay is the one of the few that light up all year around. There is nothing like a pitch black star lit night, with glowing blue water when you swim. PR is truly special.

    • @natevazquez9739
      @natevazquez9739 7 років тому +5

      Or six bioluminescent bays. Three in PR, the brightest one also in PR.
