First of all, I have been loving the podcast lately. Thanks, Amanda, for the work you do.
Second, I want to highlight EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is very effective. If you’ve been stuck or if you have a hurt that you can’t let go of, please find a therapist that does it and try it. It is worth the time. It is worth the money. It is worth being able to move forward with your life. Just do it.

It would be dope to have Princellla the queen maker on the show. I think you two could have more points in common and would have a great convo. Richie speaking about how marriage is a prison, reminded me of her. A dope topic would be why men are incapable of love

Love for thid video and topic. I just had an experience at work where a male customer checked anothet male in his oen party about how he was engaging with me. He even engaged the rest of the group I'm confronting the males behavior and really saved me. I felt affirmed, calidated and safe to stand up for myself and also it is just a great reference point for me as a small femme yo hold others accountable and for the males in his group going forward.
So this video really resonated and presents a topic and mode of speaking and thinking we should all engage with.

I love the wAy you both think i think the same I thought I was nuts . Keep up what your doing you are right right right right right , I finally found people of like mines , you know white folks know we see them for who they are they don't care , they are different inside they fell there better than everyone , they are not ! We are equal from God , but the one who calls themselves white don't believe that , take a look at the world this world is racist to color people, because of white people , white people i are beautiful white ruling over everyone isn't like they are isn't right , sure I'm right God bless you all

I think the real problem he is speaking toward, especially at the end, is less patriarchy and more capitalism. Capitalism is the real American issue because it gives birth to thing such as patriarchy, racism, etc.
