Long live the Mystery Shack! I will forever miss this series, and its one of the most requested cartoons for me to make a video about for a reason! So i decided to do a how-to video on making mabel and dipper in 3D and printing them out!

...i must know what you use... it looks really easy and looks like I can make so much stuff with it... I NEED THIS... But like most animation softwares, Its not easy! Which is why the word practice exists, Whoopie!
I think he is using zbrush
i use a combination of maya for animation and zbrush mostly for modeling, it is a little tricky, but all you need is practice!

You should try Blender. Also has Sculpt feature!!
And it's $0/year!!!
i am a huge fan of blender, but i use maya and zbrush at my day job, so i'm more comfortable with those software packages
@@3DPrintGuy try your best to get used to Blender. It will be useful later.
Also Autodesk is perpetually expensive! Unless your company covers the annual cost, don't Maya at all! Also these two software are not open source, and not full version on underneath version. Autodesk Student e.g., ew.

How is this 3D printed? Like, what filament/resin/material/machine do you use? I was one of your lucky winners and received a Rick and Morty mini (which I was SOO happy about). It kinda feels like stone, I'm just SO curious as to what your process is :-)

usually takes me about a week or so of modeling in my spare time, for each character, and then for the animation, then a week or two to edit everything together!
