Most heroes follow a set pattern in academy, like choosing EBUA over EE, spell recovery over healing ratio, magic defence over physical defence, resistance over toughness etc!
I use Hanged Man to increase his chances of being able to ult in Chaos Stargate to utilise the pet skill (really the only thing that matters there), but Moon tarot is equally as good otherwise!

Which tarot card do you use for Jasper?
