Regards from New Zealand !! Love that you love Soda Stereo !!! Gave you checked 'Corazon Delator' from the 'Me Veras Volver' 2007 tour? Recommended ... 😉
to the stereo soda singer (Gustavo Cerati) in Argentina a great legend of national music. When Cerati passed away, he called him "the architect of sound" this song is only a little of all his musical potential. listen more and all his guitar sounds are different. Each song catches you from their point of view. already from his solo career and with the band soda stereo. rest in peace the great master of the 6 strings!
Great reaction. Soda was an incredible band. In this song they combine rhythms and tempos that were very common in Hispanic rock, which provoking the collective fire of the audience always. Simple with asymmetry but demonic similar to a simple walk with a break like a restart in the process... I link 'this pace' to the happiness of living.
Never seen this version! Thank you so much. It is amazing how they can transform a good old pop hit from 80's in an outstanding modern live rock version. Best regards from Chile!!! 🙂
I can see you are speachless every time you hear it. We are the same way, in addition with the sense of the words and the feeling he still here. Chicken skin every time.
There are bands..? of course there are , there are artists? , that too...there we're bands..? Yes that too...but it's music and taste now that said , in the eye of detail, sound Quality, vocals , composing , frontman and so on..believe me THERE'S is nothing nothing ...nothing like Soda✨
Great reaction. It was one of the first song of this amazing band, a classic song. Voice, guitar, bass, drums all together make a powerful song. Sobredosis de TV was played in all the tours. Through the time, the song had several mutations. React to hombre al agua. Regards
Effect on guitar's solo seems a wink on Adrian Belew's signature sound (Bowie, Talking Heads, King Crimson). Before starting to play it, he says: "radio interference" in allusion of the tv overdose.
Take a look at a song named “Fue” from this same concert but make sure you listen at the version with Gillespi playing the trumpet. Mind blowing version.

Hello 2 Gen reaction as always enjoying your reactions to the music of my country. Soda was a great band and they will always remain in our hearts. However, you are on the shore of a sea of songs by different artists from my country. I would like you to react to another band like SUETER was in the 80s with their song "Amanece en la ruta". Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷

How are you? I recently discovered your channel and I'm glad and we have quite similar tastes musically speaking. I'm Argentine and I have the pleasure of having seen Soda live 3 times, although not in 2007, unfortunately for me, I never liked it soda more than the typical commercial hits and known to all, but when my girlfriend took me to see them I was crazy about them. I think it's the only or one of the few bands in Spanish that can stand next to ANY other mythical band and not lower your head, knowing that they are at their level, even more in some cases, unfortunately the Anglo world doesn't care by bands that do not sing in English and that is an injustice both for yourselves and for soda. But soda is there, at the top with Gustavo lighting us from heaven. Greetings.
Hello, my friend! I’m in love with your Soda reactions 🙌🏼💜 I vote for uploading one daily 🙊🙋🏻♀️. Trust me, you have plenty of songs to do it 😂. Here I go again with my suggestions: Juegos de seducción, live at Me verás volver tour, awesome energy ⚡️. Trátame suavemente, live at El último concierto, and Picnic en el 4to B, also live at MVV. Saludos!
Dear friend, I am Argentine and I grew up listening to Argentine rock, Yankee and English since I was 7 or 8 years old. Today I am 62 years old. Our rock, that of hundreds of Argentine groups, have had a contemporaneity with rock worldwide. There may have been some inspiration and small influences, but our Argentine rock is very unique, due to our idiosyncrasy and our great musical culture in all our native genres. You can see that you are a musician and you play the guitar. That is why I want to recommend that you listen and analyze another of our rock geniuses like Luis Aberto Spinetta, I assure you that he will blow your mind. It would be good if you react to his complete albums, such as: Artaud, from Pescado Rabioso; Bleeding Peach and The Garden of Presents with his Invisible band. I assure you that you will not believe what you hear. Luis Alberto Spinetta can only be compared to the genius of Frank Zappa. A big hug from Argentina.
The song is basically about him being addicted to just staying inside watching TV ( some lyrics are literally " I can't stop masturbating") The guitar solo is weird sounding cause its meant to be like some kind of TV interference/static.
You must react to the songs of the Tour "Me Verás Volver" from 2007. All of the songs are so good... I recommend you "Signos", "Profugos" y "En la Ciudad de la Furia".all of them masterpieces

TV overdose is the right translation! This was one of their first songs. Surely their first hit. 1983. I looooove this band
