Leaping Millard the program you’re referring to has been status quo for decades, and in Obama’s 8 years in office, he did the same to 4x as many families. Not to mention that when people commit major crimes, the child is in danger. Of course they’re separated.

One cannot "Earmark" funds for government projects. All moneys received go into the general fund and then it is appropriated by Congress into whatever. That is why the "Go Fund Me "money was returned to the people who sent it.
