When you first said about renting guitars I was expecting just a cheapo guitar, and then see they give you a Fender :O
You should do a video on the walk to the parks from the different universal hotels. Maybe time each walk to show how long it takes. It would be a great video for people who are trying to decide which hotel to stay at and are interested in walking. I think that some people don't realize how convenient the walking paths are.

Are you talking about the on site hotels or the off site hotels ? It depends like the Loews portifino bay hotel and hard rock hotel are less than a five minute walk and it's a really nice path from the hotel to the parks! But the hotels like Cabana bay it's a longer walk and it's easier to just take the free shuttle rides rather than try to walk it. Especially in the Florida heat.
none of your business I am talking about on-site hotels. I have stayed at HRH, CB and RPH and am familiar with the walking paths. I just thought it would be nice for someone who is trying to decide between hotels if there was one video that showed the path and told the distance from hotel to park.

I've stayed at most deluxe Disney resorts and all but one of the Universal properties, and the Hard Rock is my favorite hotel in central Florida.
Gorgeous rooms, great pool, walking distance to the Universal front gate (beautiful walk btw) and unlimited express pass. I could spend hours in that lobby with that great smell, too. This place is awesome.
I'm so glad now that you've finished all of the resort tours at Disney you're moving on to Universal!

We stayed at the Hard Rock a few days ago for only a few days, we got upgraded to the Isle of White suite, it has a large living room, a king size bed, a large round table that sits about 12 and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.
I loved my stay at the Hard Rock. It's one of my favourites. That pool slide is super fun!

This hotel looks amazing but doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. Felt the same about Portofino. Gorgeous but not for me. Have stayed at RPR and loved it and got Sapphire falls next. Think laid back tropical vibe suits me more 😄
Hard rock hotel is very well themed place. So much to see and I want that ice cream, lol.

I remember when that Hard Rock Resort was being built. I like this Resort it’s so clean, I love the pictures, that bathing suit top was really neat. I never stayed here only stayed at the Portofino Bay which was beautiful place!👍
There are Palms all over the country. I stayed at the Hard Rock a few years ago and really liked it. Nice room and good service.
Honestly after a tiring hot day at universal and coming back to this resort it just makes the perfect vacation! I always have such fun staying here!

Great video Tim & Jenn! We were there last summer, stated on the Rock Royalty level. Same room as they standard, but included breakfast, drinks, heavy apps at dinner, beer, wine, desserts. We loved it! 5 minute walk to the park was a great bonus!!
Thanks Tim for the new room tours, they really help. I'm going to stay in one of the small rooms and wanted to check out the place before committing to it. Also, parts of the video had audio from other videos mixed in, but overall, good and informative.

I stayed here a few years back when myself and my family did HHN, fantastic hotel. I could’ve walked around all day looking at the memorabilia. Loved that it was only a few minutes walk to the parks also.

Shoutout to the people in charge of media: I thought Hard Rock hotel were just a gimmick until I viewed this video now I just want to stay there this is why Tim &Jen should be invited often they do such a good job 👍🏻
The Palm is a fancy chain, I went to one in Las Vegas, there's some in L.A., Beverly Hills, I had a steak sandwich, delicious!, I ate, ate, and ate until it felt like a knife was sticking in my side, and found I only ate half of the sandwich!
I’ve been to the one in Vegas. It was very good but very expensive!

Every time we go to Universal we stay there. First class all the time and only a 5 minute walk to Universal.

Yes. I noticed four audio anomalies in the video as well. It was strange, like archived sound finding its way into the video. Random crowd noises at 27:17.
I thought it was just me...like where’s doc brown? Lol and I noticed the crowd noise too. I thought that was on purpose but I guess it wasn’t. But like the others said still a great tour video tho. Looks like a fun place to stay

I love this hotel. Stayed there 2 years ago for my 30th. It was so clean and spacious, even with 4 of us in a standard room. Excellent location for the parks and the Express pass was handy. The pool was fantastic, and at night they projected films onto a screen so you could watch whilst having a swim. Little bit pricey but if you book enough in advance it is definitely worth it.

Im going to disney for my first time and im 38 years lol going with my bf and his family. This is where we're staying.
We stayed here in 2004. The lobby and pool area look the same, but the rooms have definitely been renovated at least once since then. They were very nice then, but I think I like them even better now. I like the included color in the rooms.

I live on the Isle of Wight! I go to the festival every year and at only 20 years of age I have seen so many legends including Fleetwood Mac, RHCP, Rod Stuart, the Police and even Queen!
I stayed there years ago...loved it.
Always made me happy yo hear the eagles hotel California played in the lobby.

Nice ! I stayed there, had a pool view ! It was great ! .. they charged me twice for self parking though. Still a good experience!!

That was awwwsome hotel tour, but I bet it is expensive to stay there, the memorabilia looks so fantastic, thank you Tim hi to Jenn and bandit 🐶
It's such a nice hotel! All the food offered at all the locations is amazing and the rooms,lobbies and hallways are always clean, The water taxi is a ton of fun, but sometimes it's not even worth taking seeing as it leaves you on the opposite side of the river across the parks, and crossing back over takes just about as much time- we still always took it regardless!
I will say that the "standard" rooms vary quite a bit, despite getting the most basic room offered we actually ended up getting a room slightly nicer than the one Tim had shown!
Now that you have covered all the Disney hotels, thanks for sharing this Universal one!

Great walk thru. Well done. I loved seeing inside the rooms, and the menus of the restaurants, and the pool. We stayed at the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal way back in 2003. I am off to see if you have done a tour of that resort yet. if you haven't please do one. It is gorgeous and i would love to see it again.

A couple years ago I stayed at the Hard Rock resort in Punta Cana and it was AMAZING!!!! The amount of memorabilia was crazy! There were sooooooo many activities to do besides just swimming at the pools and beach. I wish you could post pics in UA-cam comments.

We stayed here last month. Amazing place 1 night wasn't enough. Loved every minute. Hard rock restaurant equally amazing. Breakfast fantastic at hard rock hotel too xx

BTW, one of the coolest things about staying at the Hard Rock is that when you check out they take your room key and cut it into a guitar pick for you to take home with you.

Tim, you mentioned in the video that all the Loews hotels allow pets. I wanted to mention this doesn't apply to Cabana Bay Beach Resort. It is NOT pet friendly. So, for people with severe allergies you can still stay on Universal property. Love the hotel tours! The kids area of the Hard Rock suite was awesome. They are usually themed for small children and this one would appeal to the older kids as well. Thanks for making us smile every evening!

Had my honeymoon here. Going back early next year (hopefully! I live in the UK so travel was impossible for over a year.) Tim's video is as close as doing justice as possible. Such a lovely vibe in the place that you can't really explain. Just a feel-good place. Honeymoon was 7 years ago, so will be a great to go again.

I dont know if you have been in the hard rock cafe (you probably have), but if you enquire with staff about any of the memorabilia, they ask you if you want to go on a guided backstage tour! It includes a full replica of John Lennon’s Dakota suite!
The pet fee for the hotels is actually only $100 for the entirety of the stay. I've stayed several times at the Royal Pacific at Universal and I have loved it every time. In September it will be my sixth time. The atmosphere and the proximity to the parks is phenomenal, which is true for every one of the Universal Hotels, especially with their water taxi and the buses. Love Universal stays and visiting Disney.
I can’t wait for a resort tour for Aventura when it’s open.
I’ve booked a stay for next year with Virgin so we get access to an exclusive v-hub lounge where we get free breakfast, WiFi and there are showers and changing facilities you can use on your last day after you’ve checked out.
