Great follow up, Dmitry! No, you weren't wrong - you were just reporting the results you got with the product as you received it. I agree, if they can get the QC issues worked out, this stuff could be pretty amazing!
Thanks Mark! I think so too, I was a bit skeptical trying again, really pretty crazy that just 1 out of 4 total cubes (3 tested in this video) worked. Imagine if I picked the other two non-working ones first and then thought "well if two more didn't work" and never tested it? When it works this stuff seems to REALLY work, was very impressed with the working cube.
Awesome video and product review D.totaly agree with you on not taking down old video.u ALWAY do amazing videos/product review. Completely unbiased as it should be. Hope all is well with you and your family.
Incredible testing as always good sir 👍🔥 looks like it would be a great product if it wasn’t so gimmicked to death with the self packaged graphene cube wipe things
Thanks Jamie always great to hear from you! I think this product has absolutely massive potential, but in my opinion today it is let down by lack of consistency and some of the questionable marketing claims.
Prior to watching this video I was going to order the Lithium ceramic trim cubes, but not after watching this video. I can't even imagine wasting my time and money on a product that only has a 25% chance of having a fresh enough saturation level to deliver the great results like you did with only one of the pads you tried. It was the only one that had the pungent odor. Thank you for an incredible review and blunt truth.
Thanks for watching and the kind words! I kinda wonder if they fixed the product already. Like if it were my product id definitely publish about fixing it. I looked at some amazon reviews and a few recent reviews reported they got a bad batch. Which sucks because I want to like the product, when it worked it really worked well.
Hey let's send DG that special package of product 😉 if I spent $40 bucks for problems like that I would be pissed!!!!!! I will stick with my Malco eptic for my exterior trim!
Was the second small piece that it didn’t bond to rubber? It seemed awfully flimsy unlike normal plastic trim. Just curious as that might be why it didn’t bond to it. Kudos on 1450 washes man that is dedication right there.
Its plastic, just flexible for wheel liner trim. Its not actually rubber. If you check out the first video i did you can see it failed to bond to the other panel too with the first cube i tried :(. Really awesome product when it works, but something is going wrong. My guess (just based on observation) is that maybe they dip these to saturate them with the solution and some of the solutes may have precipitated out between batches. Like think of layers settling out. Thats my best guess. Because it seemed like the one that worked stunk heavily and the others just evaporated off leaving almost nothing behind.
You have to prep the surface with the prep spray then when the product is applied buff off with a clean microfibre cloth. Didn't you read the instructions?
You know you're watching a follow-up video right? In the video you're watching we're learning that some of the trim cubes were defective. That's the point of this video. Here is the original video: ua-cam.com/video/UfOf6sCYSuA/v-deo.html&si=HlOvQT-uxIoSShjx
Clearly a good product when it works. Pity you only have a 1 in 4 chance of it working. Lithium need to figure out what went wrong and fix it. These products are not cheap and nobody wants to waste their time and money using a defective product. I have only used one Lithium product so far (inner space), and a I really love it.
Nice follow up video. But I gotta say it's a pet peeve for me when companies don't have good quality control; I don't mind if a product lasts one week or six months for as long as I know that they will consistently last the same time over and over. The graphene marketing baloney is getting really tiresome, why not spend the actual graphene or it's marketing money on quality control? You have video proof and a reputable channel, but what happens when the average joe like us get a bad sample and can't test it out.
Yea I know what you mean. I really hope they figure it out, because its an awesome product when it works. I would be super pissed if say I had some bad and some good sponges and half my trim came out a different shade than the rest. I’d be furious. Personally I don’t really like prepackaged applicators, but I can see how for some users they may be advantageous.
I had one packet that was completely dry. I opened another and it was wet with product. They should just give you a liquid bottle with the purchase not these little ass cubes that are sometimes dry.
Their quality control is terrible at Lithum. Their cubes are drying out during the packaging process as you can see from dry debris in the small pouch. Cubes are going out without enough solvent hence why your OLDER retested piece wasn't black at all. I would NEVER buy their products. Cerkote is a much better product.
Unless you edited out the preparation part, you didn't follow the manufacturer's instructions at all which for a tester/reviewer is absolutely appalling. The least could do is make that clear to anyone watching because you're not giving the product the best chance of succeeding. I won't be watching anymore of your videos because of that. Very poor in my opinion but i wish you well for the future 👍
Would you care to explain what you found was ignored? The folks at Lithium didn't find any issues with the testing. If you're talking about the pre-wash product, it was used. This is a follow-up video to the original video here: ua-cam.com/video/UfOf6sCYSuA/v-deo.html&si=HlOvQT-uxIoSShjx and it shows the use of the prep product.
Thanks for sharing this test. Amazing you took the time to wash the panel that many times!!
Thanks Michael, it was a challenge and I almost gave up, but it’s worth it in the long run.

Thanks Richard, glad to see you as always. I'm doing well and I hope you and your family are too :)
Thanks for the time you take to test the product.

Both entertaining and educational as always Dmitry ! One day I hope to be able to get to your level of both !
Hey let's send DG that special package of product 😉 if I spent $40 bucks for problems like that I would be pissed!!!!!!

I totally agree they really need to work things out. If they do though, this product is really killer.
Seems like quality control is an issue. That’s a no for me dawg. Good video and happy u report what u find. U can only test what is sent to u.
Thanks! And yea it is what it is, I can’t control their QC. Thanks for watching!
Dmitry, that was a great video. Nice, quick, honest. Love it. I will subscribe.
Thank you for the kind words!
Good review, I thought first review was it until I saw your link. I never tried it, but may be a good one if I get good batch.
1450 washes!!! You are dedicated D!!! Thanks man
Haha i was so close to giving up. Need to hire a helper or build a machine :)
Assume you prepped that surface with the wash before applying. This stuff is 🔥🔥
Great follow up video
Thanks :)!
this guy needs way more subs
Thank you!

@@DmitrysGarage Ok I was just curious! I have used 2 so far and both have worked great. You are right they are very potent!
Awesome! Yea its likely I just got super bad batch
Believe the first batches had packaging issues and the pads were dry. All the new packages are wetter than the initial ones.
Ha how long did it take you to do 1400 washes?

What is the best sealant I can apply yo my wheels? I saw you like wolf gang if so which one?
these didnt work for me after about a week than it would start to fade again
Again your nuts but love you for keeping this stuff up.
