I am reading A Shadow in the Ember at the moment. I am about 60 pages in, and so far I am enjoying it. I read From Blood and Ash many years ago, and honestly, I only have very vague memories. If I like A Shadow in the Ember, I will continue with the other books in the series, and maybe re-read From Blood and Ash and continue on with that series. I'll see.😄 BTW, I've been watching your videos for a few weeks now. You love to read, and it shows, and I relate to that. I'm reading a lot this year, while last year, I only read about 10 books. But this year, all I want to do is read. I read a lot of indie books from kindle unlimited, and I'm trying to read more non-indie books that I rent from the library.

Whoever told you a shadow in the ember is the best on the series was wrong, I’m sorry. I felt like I was watching my own reactions to when I was reading the series the first time. It took me soooo long but now I have a tattoo from it 😅😅

The joining didn’t phase me at all. I think after reading the Ruthless boys of the Zodiac series nothing can surprise me or put me off hahaha
