Part 3: Time to unhook the throttle and choke cable, as well as fuel and oil feed. While at it, we can also remove the carburetor.

Hello plz help. Whenever i try to start my vespa px it gives me a hard time. And I'm hearing a hissing sound when i kick the paddle. Now it's only starting if i close the choke and the fule key. Any idea what's going on?
