What a genuinely nice bloke. And the legacy programme he talked of with Embryo is about as philanthropic as you can get. Well done Danny, and glad you are doing well with your health.

really read my above comment its all about holding all his wealth for his family with massive tax advantages , huge gains in capital gains tax and death dutys, absolute fact, the charity trust assets can be distributed freely at will its all about wealth he is no modern day jesus (in this charity aspect) , this is just facts, his children will be payed from all the wealth and income they produce, divididens can be paid depending on how they are set up, vast options available to the set up he talks off, and its how the rich reduce thier tax liabiltys, and get so rich

100% respect this man, I don’t have to like his’bosh’ this and ‘munga ’ that but what I do know is he has a heart of gold and should be proud of what he has achieved and done for the carp angling world 👏👏👏

I had the pleasure of meeting Danny in the waiting room at London Bridge Hospital , and at Tacklebox in Dartford . Lovely humble man , his passion for fishing and helping others catch more is right up there. Started off selling leads now a wealthy man hats off to him and I wish him all the best of health and happiness for the future . O.B.E for contribution to the sport of Angling . God Bless you

A role model for all anglers of all persuasions. Carp anglers are very fortunate to have Danny Fairbrass fighting their corner. To anyone who thinks to the contrary ponder this, "the harder you work, the luckier you get".
Danny, you deserve all you have achieved.
(from a match angler who doesn't fish for carp).

I'm not a Carp Angler as in I don't pigeon hole myself as such.
I love trotting my local Dorset Stour for Roach.

Enjoyed this Mr f. Glad to see you are fighting the health issues.. The plans you have in place for your angling ventures is truly 1st class. You've helped me out an many others with our angling from your korda tackle to the underwater films.. I too have vitiligo on my hands face back an other areas. So the importance of keeping covered is 2nd to none and your constant reminder to ppl to do this is brill.. Along with Mr spoons. Mr chilly chillcott you are 1 of only 3 anglers I would dearly love to meet maybe 1 day..

Fab watch just wish I had the money to enjoy some of the things I've trip to gigantica the nice gear they bring out hot some fab anglers in the korda gang who I proper enjoy watching but never gonna have the opportunity to get to have a day's fishing with them be nice just to be able to maybe make it to a show that they are attended but money is getting tighter and tighter and looks like I may have to give up soon because of it even though I work full-time and so does my wife and I'm 52 now so no chance of ever setting back up again if I do have to sell up 😢
