In this video Morgan and I head over to Tequila Jacks which is a staple in long beach! Yet some how neither of us have been there before. We walk over from the boat to the restaurant and unfortunately we didn't realize that we were walking in the bike lane for about 5 mins. Once we saw we were on the wrong side we made sure to move over! After we walked to the restaurant we were joined by one of my buddies who lives in long beach for lunch and his name is Drew! Fun Fact he plays a pirate captain! We all loved tequila jacks, 10/10 would recommend stopping there next time you're in long beach! I also heard they have great taco Tuesdays! We then went to some of the shops and heard the live music! they have live music all over long beach so that was pretty cool! The shops were a bust I wanted some cool pirate stuff but we didn't find anything worth getting. Morgan and I head back to the boat and it got HOT it was like 90 degrees outside so we set up the dometic battery to the inverter to plug in some fans outside to try to cool off. It helped a little! Then her ride came and picker her up so unfortunately she left! After that I pulled out the drone and got some beautiful shots of the harbor at night and then surprise! Fireworks! someone must have been celebrating something! The mornings are beautiful and after a great night sleep I woke up and got the boat open and made breakfast! Then I walked to the vons to get some more eggs and a few other things I wanted for the rest of the trip. Have you ever seen that south park episode where the scooters are EVERYWHERE? thats what its like in long beach lol! After getting provisions I head back to the boat and get it ready to sail to Newport. I stop and. the fuel dock and almost forgot that I had the fuel tank key so I had to go return it! The dock guy was very nice and funny! In the next video it will be the best sailing day Ive ever had! Sailing from long beach to newport! The best wind I cant wait to share it with you all!

Our dog loves vegetables too. Part poodle part bishon. His name is curly, he gets short haircuts like your dogs. Looks so much better. Otherwise his hair gets all matted. His pretty old though like 15.

I would like to say Captain Christa if you haven’t seen it. At Home Depot and other stores they sell a free standing portable air conditioner. It works pretty well and you could even use it in the cockpit while relaxing blowing cool air on you. Only down side is you have empty the water catch where it makes water from the humidity.😊
Well another good video. Well done Captain, I just would have liked to see the sail too or from there.
But it was good to see ya with your friends.. And you and your friend sailing would have been good. But maybe next time.

Great look at boat life, trash clean up should be everyone's responsibility to help the planet. I know it was only a 5 minute walk but I would have gotten on the scooter just for the fun. Thank you for keeping me inspired to own a boat.

My Mum (RIP) watched the launch of the Queen Mary in 1934 she told me she was sitting on her father's shoulders so she could get a good view although all she actually remembered was the noise of the people cheering. Apparently, around a quarter of a million watched the launch so it must have been some noise.

As someone living with a sugar imbalance I never drink alcohol. Also French Fries are taken sparingly as well. Its tough to see people eating tons of things you can't! Having people yell at you for no reason is tough, and mental illness is a hurdle many people often have to deal with daily. I suppose we all have issues, but some more than others!

There's something about L.A. county beaches, they just aren't as nice as the ones in Orange and San Diego counties, imho.
You should’ve bought the pirate hat, it would’ve been a perfect picture of you, raising your pirate flag while wearing your hat. However, you made the right decision to walk and not use a scooter Murphy’s Law says if it can happen, it will so you made it back without breaking your eggs.😎👍

7:19 hot at just 90°F??? Just kidding but I had to endure 120°F in the shade while in the combat zones. For me a perfect day is between 50-55°F and drizzling watching your vids. Thanks for sharing the night views, just spectacular.

I got to say it. How come you don't have a cheap air conditioner to stick in the hatch. Yes it is ugly. But fuck it. I used to sleep at 68 agrees every night.
