I failed my test today because of the new rules, that I wasn’t aware of :/
“when people are crossing or waiting to cross at a junction, other traffic should give way”

☹️ sorry to hear that Shantoya, yes the controversial rule came in and has so far caused plenty of raised eyebrows. As it stands that's the case and drivers now should give way to both pedestrians crossing and waiting to cross at junction considering that it is safe to do so.
