I have the 85inch version and it is a beast of a tv. It has multiview (display up to 4 sources at a time), can do 4k at 144 htz gaming, and does amazing with q-symphony where it uses the tv speakers with some of samsungs soundbars.

I had mines for about a year now I love it ❤ I got 65” 2022 model B
I game for a living and was more than interested in Samsungs QLED range as they made a huge deal regarding that these have been tested extensively for screen burn and they were so confident it does not occur that they offered a free 10 year guarantee covering screen burn. This guarantee on all of the QLED range has now been removed by Samsung. It was a huge selling point for them, if burn never occurs then there is no reason the guarantee would be removed.

I have exact same TV, bought it a few days ago. When i plug in the new Samsung soundbar Q990b, I don’t get any sound coming from any HDMI connection like Playstation 4, Apple TV HDMI connection? It’s baffling 😩
I might buy the 65 inch version to use as both a TV and a PC monitor. Having 4 windows open on the TV would be like having four 4k 32.5 inch monitors next to each other. I know native 8k content basically doesn't exist and 8k gaming isn't really viable even with the best graphics cards (unless youre playing older DX9 and DX10 games), but the 8k resolution makes it useful for productivity and content creation work, not to mention the AI upscailing tech seems to do a great job taking 1080p and 4k content and make them look "8k'ish".
How did it work out?
Personally the idea of seeing Minecraft in 8K is enough for me.
Samsung just needs to upgrade these to OLED.

I am waiting for the 2023 updated version QN900C to be released next month. Probably buy in spring. With new updated 2023 Samsung Q990C sound bar that coming this spring😍 Samsung Q-SYMPHONY will be amazing with those 2 paired together 😱😍

I dont think 8k is going to be mainstream anytime soon-but still lovely tv and lovely unboxing video.
Even 2k isn't mainstream despite being around for more than 7-8 years now. The world is stuck on 1080p(and for the right reasons).

My s21 ultra shoots in 8K 24fps. The s21 ultra screen is 4K, so the 8K videos probably look incredible on this!😍
8k on a phone sensor looks worse than 4K out of a mirrorless camera.
Really not much benefit to shooting in 8k on a phone.
The screen on an S21 Ultra is 3200 x 1440, which equals out to 4,600,000 pixels. 4K is 3840 x 2160 which equals out to 8,294,400 pixels. Your phone is not 4K! You are 3,694,400 pixels short. As the 8K recording capabilities of your phone. Quality over quantity. The sensor on that phone is too small, and so are the pixels. If you want to shoot 8K for an affordable price buy yourself either a Sony Alpha 1 mirrorless camera or a Canon R5 C.

I love that new TV. But the new Smart Hub? Let’s say you are done watching something on Prime Video for instance, and you want to switch to another app such as TV Plus. That new Smart Hub is more obtrusive than the one on the 2021 or so Tizen TV’s that have the Smart Hub as a half section on the screen. It’s just me tho. It could grow on me, who knows.

I'm using the Samsung QN900A on my PC, with the RTX 4090, HDMI 2.1 cable
Sometimes ( often ) when I leave a game, there is no signal and I need to restart the PC
And during the game, the display goes black for 2 seconds, sometime
I have Game Mode ON
nVidia settings
Output color depth - 10 bpc
Output color format - RGB

interesting fact 65' 8K TV PPI = 135.56, however you 28' 4K 144Hz gaming monitor has PPI 157.35, higher pixels density and doesn't cost as much as kidney :)

This tv is better than the S95B. Only Oled I would own is a QDoled this 8k beats it tho in pretty much every way. Once u get off the Oled hype train u really don’t want back on

@@garrettstrutz7421 I'd be fine if Samsung could keep the contrast up on their 8K panels but right now we're going from 6,000:1 on a 4K LCD to 1,500:1 on an 8K LCD, it's 1/4 the contrast, that is unacceptable.

@budthecyborg4575 would you prefer the s90c over this tv? Or do you have any other suggestions. I'm looking into purchasing a new TV. I originally was interested in LG's OLED models, specifically their C series, however I'm leaning towards the S90C rather than the LGC3.
@@MrPancakes7078 Yes the S90C is the better buy than the LG C3.
The LG C1/C2/C3 and probably the C4 are all effectively the same thing.
Some people prefer LG for the stability of their firmware, Dolbyvision etc.. but Samsung QD OLED has the best colors in the industry so for the same price it's definitely the better choice.

the rings of power is in 4k not 8k so it would have to upscale. not worth it to get 8k as there's not much content available.
The point is that it upscales all the 4K content to 8k even the 1080P stuff. It’s awesome an 8k tv makes everything u watch better

There are no 8k movies on streaming LOL
But there is a lot of 4K streaming and the 8k tv upscales it all to 8k. An 8k tv makes all content look better

Go for the 4k. We are many years away from 8k being well supported. Save your money and buy an 8k tv in 5-10 years.
@@WDeranged wouldn’t a 4K input upscaled to 8K still look better though? There’s one 8K I know of that’s around $2000… the TCL R648. It’s tempting, but I know overall picture quality is probably lacking compared to even a high end 4K.
@@WDeranged and I know this is weird, but what I truly want is a TV with INTENSE motion interpolation/soap opera effect. Most people hate it, but I absolutely love it.
