    Thank you for the great tutorial and recipe. Made it tonight with 50/50 stoneground organic wholemeal and stoneground bakers flour. I needed to add a bit of water (my flour usually soaks up a lot being stoneground) and will probably add more salt next time. Thanks again

      Hi and thanks for your comment. The full recipe and instructions is posted above. However, here is the cooking instructions. Preheat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Uncover the loaf and bake for 35-40 minutes, till it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing. ^Kirstie

    I love this loaf but have used cold water in this recipe and not tepid. In tutorial she just says water not cold or tepid. I have just used 500g flour what a waist
