Thank you for the great tutorial and recipe. Made it tonight with 50/50 stoneground organic wholemeal and stoneground bakers flour. I needed to add a bit of water (my flour usually soaks up a lot being stoneground) and will probably add more salt next time. Thanks again

Uncover the loaf and bake for 35-40 minutes, till it sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing. ^Kirstie

I love this loaf but have used cold water in this recipe and not tepid. In tutorial she just says water not cold or tepid. I have just used 500g flour what a waist
