My World Mini Flag Collection!

- Here's a short snippet of my new mini flag collection flowing in the breeze. All 196 countries in alphabetical order. Pretty, isn't it?
Since I always wanted a full flag collection like this, yet didn't exactly want to spend more than five dollars per flag, I had instead bought a 200-flag-long bunting set, cut it up, and put each individual flag on a stick. Just as good, and a LOT cheaper.
However, some flags of countries were missing from the initial set I bought...
- Japan
- Pakistan
- Taiwan (could be because the set was a Chinese product)
- Chad (identical to Romania's)
- Indonesia (identical to Monaco's)
- Luxembourg (similar to the Netherlands', but I wanted to have it with lighter-- blue anyway)
- Malawi (had Bingu's flag from 2010-2012 instead)
...while other non-countries were included...
- Puerto Rico (US)
- Aruba (NETH)
- Cook Islands (NZ)
- England, Scotland, and Wales (Constituencies of UK)
- United Nations
- European Union
- Palestine (de jure)
- Kingdom of Sikkim (???), became part of India in 1975
...in addition to a rectangular variant of Nepal's flag, which I wanted to replace anyway.
I’m not even gonna lie, I smiled when I saw every flag waving at once.
Did you get these from Amazon or a different site?
I got mine from Ebay, though Amazon probably has it for cheaper. It's the Anley 184Ft set. The company claims that the flags will be random every time, but after getting multiple, I don't think that's the case--every missing flag mentioned in the description was missing every time (also, the thumbnail for the product has Hong Kong, which I haven't seen at all).
@@brettsmithsgeographychannel ohhh
Yea I did find a set of 200 flags on Amazon that were the same size as this, all for $37.99
UA-cam, I didn't uncheck the box for "show likes and dislikes." Fix your website, please.
hey, i have 40 different country flags, i've been collecting them since november of 2022, and each of them all averagely sized at 5ft x 3ft (150cm x 90cm), i'd just like to say to you that you have a great collection of flags!
Aww that's so cute! ☺
Where did you got those?
nice and creative
If you want to do world music, I suggest these two other toys, the Leapfrog Leap Start Learning Gym and the Baby Einstein World Music Soother.

In the description, you have written that Taiwan 🇹🇼, Japan 🇯🇵 & Malawi 🇲🇼 are missing .
But in video they are clearly visible.
I apologize if I didn't elaborate enough in the description; those flags came from other sources so I could complete the collection. They were missing from the first set I purchased.
Japan in particular came from another of these sets (which also included the old flag of Mauritania without the red bars); the others came from individual flag bunting sets.
@@brettsmithsgeographychannel oh thank u from this information
@@brettsmithsgeographychannel those flags from other sets were of the same size as the old one?
@@vikaskatoch5936 Sorry for the late response, the listings stated that they were the same size, but each of them were slightly larger than the rest and were made of different material. If you look closely, Luxembourg 🇱🇺, Pakistan 🇵🇰, Malawi 🇲🇼 and Taiwan 🇹🇼 appear larger and fly differently. Same goes for Nepal 🇳🇵 being taller, but it's less noticeable there.
@@brettsmithsgeographychannel oh thank u for the reply
that had a flag

Guapísima la colección. Me encanta. Yo tengo más de 400 banderas del mismo tamaño ( cook islands, wales, scotland, falkland islands, tibet, palestine, bavaria, anrarticland, tigray, venetto, tirol......) quiero tambien ralizar un video muy parecido al suyo. Thanks for sharing your collection. What videos do you plan on doing in the near future?
Sampler music uploads, likely. Y'know, I've had TERRIBLE luck with getting my hands on working Explorer Globes the past three months. A Blue one was returned for having corrupted music, another Blue one was kept but was a different model entirely (essentially a beta to the White one), a White one was returned for not working at all, and another White one was kept yet the external speaker is broken. Perhaps I should just contact LeapFrog themselves...
Still waiting for that Leap-font MIDI collection to do custom musics, but I recently got busy with Famitracker and produced remixes of country musics (and other LeapFrog musics) as if they were on the NES. Planned a single video for them all when they're all done. Here's a link to the collection so far:

For countries that I felt didn't get a proper music from me redistributing them, I plan to base them on other pieces of music. Burundi, East Timor, Kosovo, and South Sudan have theirs based on their Intelliglobe musics. I also tried to include your mentioned favorites in there as well (Congo, Trinidad & Tobago, etc.)
@@brettsmithsgeographychannel Glad to hear. By the way it says I can't access your Google Drive link.
By the way I listened to some of them and they are quite good so far. Thanks for sharing. I can't wait for the final product and especially to see what you do for the Caribbean and Pacific island nations.
This is what I want for my bday
