With all the phases that new content seems to have it feels like relequen falls off too easily to more bursty sets, and the lack of AOE, I can count on one hand how many pure single target fights that I can parse long enough for rele to be good. Starting to feel like a dummy set. Sure I might not do top all the time but consistency is worth considering and keeping ten stacks of rele up is getting to be a chore.
